The present invention provides a method and a base station for coordinating physical downlink control channel interference, where, base stations of neighboring cells exchange PDCCH state information or PDCCH performance information, so that a victim cell can identify an aggressive cell according to the above information, and notify the aggressive cell of taking a measure to reduce effect of interference to a PDCCH of the victim cell. Thereby the aggressive cell takes the measure to achieve PDCCH interference coordination, and to reduce the effect of the interference from the aggressive cell to the PDCCH of the victim cell. Or the aggressive cell actively finds that it is a strong interference source to a PDCCH of a certain victim cell, and, accordingly, takes a measure to reduce effect of interference to the PDCCH of the victim cell actively.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to communications technologies, and provide a data transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: sending, by a base station, a grouping instruction to a target terminal, where the grouping instruction is used to group, in a preset grouping manner, terminals in a cell in which the target terminal is located into N groups, totally or partially different resources are allocated to terminals in different groups of the N groups, and a resource corresponding to an ith group of the N groups is used by a terminal in the ith group in uplink non-scheduled transmission; and receiving data that is sent by the target terminal using a target resource. In the solutions, terminals in a cell are grouped, and terminals in a same group contend for a resource allocated to the group. This mitigates resource collision when an uplink non-scheduled transmission solution is used.

The method includes: sending, by UE when in an RRC idle mode, an uplink data request to an access network node by using a shared data sending resource, where the uplink data request includes uplink data and request information that is used for requesting to enter an RRC connected mode; and receiving, by the UE, an access network dedicated identifier of the UE from the access network node, where the access network dedicated identifier of the UE is determined by the access network node according to the request information, and the UE is in the RRC connected mode within a validity period of the access network dedicated identifier of the UE.

An embodiment of the present application discloses a control information sending method. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a first resource on a first network, where the first resource is located in a first scheduling resource time granularity of the first network; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information of a second network to a terminal on the first resource, where the downlink control information sent on the first resource is used to schedule a resource in a first scheduling resource time granularity of the second network, and a length of a scheduling resource time granularity of the first network is different from a length of a scheduling resource time granularity of the second network. According to the method, control information of the second network can be transmitted reliably.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource allocation information indication method, a base station, a user equipment, and a system. In technical solutions of the embodiments in accordance with the present disclosure, a base station generates and sends downlink control information that includes public resource allocation indication information to a UE, and the public resource allocation indication information is used to indicate resources allocated to multiple UEs. The UE obtains information about allocated resources according to the public resource allocation indication information. Therefore, a quantity of resources occupied by a resource allocation indicator is reduced, a quantity of resources occupied by entire DCI is reduced, and system signaling overheads are reduced. Particularly, when the method is applied to a short-subframe service scenario, signaling overheads are further reduced and system performance is improved.

The present application discloses a wireless local area network access point search method, an apparatus, and a system, relates to the field of communications technologies, and can reduce power consumption for passive scanning. According to the method, beacon sending information of a wireless local area network access point and measurement information of a user equipment are matched, so that the user equipment can search for the wireless local area network access point only at the time when and a frequency channel number at which the wireless local area network access point sends a beacon. Compared with the prior art in which a user equipment needs to continuously keep a state of searching for a wireless local area network access point, the present application greatly shortens time spent by the user equipment in listening to a beacon, and therefore reduces power consumption of passive scanning.

The present application provides an uplink detection-based processing method, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: acquiring first information; acquiring receive power information that is used by a first access device to receive a radio signal sent by a terminal; and performing processing according to the first information and the receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive the radio signal sent by the terminal. Embodiments of the present application can implement uplink detection-based processing.

The present application provides a service offloading method, a device, and a system, and relate to the mobile communications field. The method includes: sending attribute information of a first network to a network controller of a second network, where the attribute information includes identity information of the first network or a combination of identity information and status information of the first network; sending quality information of service to the network controller of the second network, receiving the service offloading indication fed back by the network controller; and selecting, according to the received service offloading indication, a bearer network for a service requested by user equipment, thereby achieving an effect that the network controller of the second network can perform service offloading appropriately according to a network status of the first network, the network status of the second network, and the quality information of service, so as to improve network utilization.
