Abstract: This application discloses a network access method, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: obtaining, by a network device, indication information, where the indication information is used to indicate whether the terminal supports air communication; and when the indication information indicates that the terminal supports the air communication, determining, by the network device, that the terminal is allowed to access a network in which the network device is located. In this application, a quantity of unmanned aerial vehicle terminals that access the network can be limited, reducing interference caused by the unmanned aerial vehicle terminals to another terminal in the same network as the unmanned aerial vehicle terminals, and improving communication quality of the another terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method, a device, and a system, and relate to the communications field, to reduce signaling exchanges between an access network device and a UE, thereby saving network resources and improving data transmission efficiency. The data transmission method includes: receiving, by a user equipment UE, a scrambled control channel; descrambling, by the UE, the scrambled control channel by using a first identifier, to obtain control information and cyclic redundancy code CRC; and after the UE completes a check on the CRC, receiving, by the UE according to the control information, data sent by an access network device.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data sending method, a data receiving method, and a device. In the data sending method, a receive end device performs a DRX operation at a low frequency based on a DRX parameter; and receives, in a time indicated by the DRX parameter, first indication information sent by a transmit end device, where the first indication information is used to instruct the receive end device to prepare to receive data at a high frequency. In this process, the receive end device performs the DRX operation only at the low frequency, and starts beam tracking only after receiving the first indication information that instructs the receive end device to receive the data at the high frequency, to avoid unnecessary beam tracking and save power of the receive end device.

Abstract: A transmission method is implemented by a communications device including a first functional entity and a second functional entity. A first carrier is configured for the first functional entity, and a second carrier is configured for the second functional entity. The second functional entity obtains first information, where the first information is first control information of the first functional entity, or is the first control information and second control information of the second functional entity, the first control information includes a first identifier, and the first identifier is used to indicate the first carrier; and the second functional entity sends the first information by using the second carrier.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a small data transmission method and a related device and system. The method may include: broadcasting, by a base station, a paging message, where the paging message carries UE identifiers of a plurality of to-be-paged user equipment UE and small data sent to at least one of the to-be-paged UEs, and the small data is data whose data volume is less than a preset data volume threshold. In the present disclosure, small data may be sent to to-be-paged UE while the base station pages the UE, to reduce signaling and time overheads for sending the small data and improving communication efficiency.

Abstract: A time synchronization method, and device are described. The method includes determining a target base station from neighboring base stations of a source base station; determining, based on a preset handover condition and from first user equipments (UEs) connected to the source base station, a to-be-handed-over UE that needs to be handed over to the target base station; triggering the to-be-handed-over UE to be handed over from the source base station to the target base station; and performing time synchronization with the target base station in a handover process of the to-be-handed-over UE. The to-be-handed-over UE is triggered to be handed over to the pre-determined target base station. This implements time synchronization with the target base station, resolves relatively low flexibility of time synchronization between base stations in a related technology, and improves flexibility of time synchronization between the source base station and the target base station.

Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method, an access network device, and a terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, first instruction information from a first access network device, where the first terminal accesses the first access network device, and the first instruction information is used to trigger the first terminal to connect to a second terminal; connecting, by the first terminal, to the second terminal based on the first instruction information; and performing, by the first terminal, data transmission with a second access network device by using the second terminal, where the second access network device is configured to transmit data between the first access network device and the first terminal. In this way, the first access network device and the second access network device can both provide a data transmission service for the first terminal, thereby improving communication quality of the first terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to communications technologies, and provide a data transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: sending, by a base station, a grouping instruction to a target terminal, where the grouping instruction is used to group, in a preset grouping manner, terminals in a cell in which the target terminal is located into N groups, totally or partially different resources are allocated to terminals in different groups of the N groups, and a resource corresponding to an ith group of the N groups is used by a terminal in the ith group in uplink non-scheduled transmission; and receiving data that is sent by the target terminal using a target resource. In the solutions, terminals in a cell are grouped, and terminals in a same group contend for a resource allocated to the group. This mitigates resource collision when an uplink non-scheduled transmission solution is used.

The method includes: determining, by a base station, a first resource on a first network, where the first resource is located in a first scheduling resource time granularity of the first network; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information of a second network to a terminal on the first resource, where the downlink control information sent on the first resource is used to schedule a resource in a first scheduling resource time granularity of the second network, and a length of a scheduling resource time granularity of the first network is different from a length of a scheduling resource time granularity of the second network. According to the method, control information of the second network can be transmitted reliably.
