摘要: A gas distributor for use in a semiconductor process chamber comprises a body. The body includes a first channel formed within the body and adapted to pass a first fluid from a first fluid supply line through the first channel to a first opening. A second channel is formed within the body and adapted to pass a second fluid from a second fluid supply line through the second channel to a second opening. The first and second openings are arranged to mix the fluids outside the body after the fluids pass through the openings.

摘要: Modern enterprises, particularly technology companies, often provide benefits that are sold or given to their customers or partners. For example, an enterprise's customers, or selected subsets of customers, may be entitled to receive product upgrades, product updates or product support. The types and levels of service to which a particular customer is entitled may vary across services and customers. A mechanism is provided to determine, in response to a request for a service, often, but not necessarily, to be delivered electronically, if the requesting recipient is entitled to the service. In determining if the recipient is entitled to the service, an administrator-configurable set of profile attributes values associated with a package of services containing the requested service is compared with corresponding values for said recipient.

摘要: This invention is a microballoon tipped catheter. The catheter has a shaft which is of varying flexibility with the most flexible portion towards the distal tip. The balloon, located near the distal tip of the catheter, is typically of an elastic material, is quite flexible in its own right when deflated, and is quite small. The catheter shaft has a main lumen extending from the proximal end to the distal end so to allow the use of a guidewire in placing the catheter's distal tip in remote regions of the vasculature and for delivery of drugs, diagnostics, and other biologics to those regions. The catheter shaft has a wall that desirably is of a multilayer construction. The wall preferably includes an independent lumen, which may be formed from a small diameter tubing that is placed between layers of the wall, for the inflation and deflation of the microballoon. The inflation lumen proceeds from the proximal end of the catheter and terminates near the distal end of the catheter but within the microballoon. This catheter is especially useful in treating disease within the high pressure vessels of the brain with drugs or other therapeutic agents and permits temporary blockage of blood flow and thereby allow better absorption of those active agents.

摘要: An automated method of injecting polymer onto a substrate using a controllable back plate to move said substrate to desire location for applying the polymer whereas the integrated pressure system delivers a predetermined amount of the polymeric material through a chilled transfer line adapted through a set of insulated die press members and a set of heated die press member where a necessary amount of heat is transferred to raise the temperature of the previously chilled polymeric material to a specified curing temperature, applying to the substrate, and consequentially providing an adhesive bond for said polymeric material to attach to the substrate without requiring a seal to be made between the die members and the substrate and a curing time to the process.

摘要: The present invention sets forth a guidewire-type device which can be axially moved via application of axial force and/or by application of torquing force. The device is used for accessing regions within a body. The device is used to attach to subject material within a body, and, if desired, to remove the subject material. In particular, the device and method of the invention are advantageously utilized by health care practitioners for use in accessing tortuous and difficult body areas, such as fallopian tubes.

摘要: This invention is an apparatus for endovascular occlusion through the formation of thrombi in arteries, veins, aneurysms, vascular malformations, and arteriovenous fistulas. In particular, it deals with a sacrificial link between an endovascular device which is introduced to and is intended to remain at the desired thrombus formation site and the device used to introduce the device. The invention further includes a method for introduction of the device and its electrolytic separation.
