摘要: The present invention is directed to a liquid crystal display device and a method for driving the same for a fast transition into a bend state at initial operation such as immediately after power is inputted in a liquid display device with an OCB mode. According to one feature of the present invention, as power is inputted, a timing controller controls to output at least one of a gate voltage for a scan signal, a data voltage for a picture signal, and a driving voltage for a backlight by outputting a first switching signal to a switching unit, and controls to output one of an external bias voltage and a common electrode voltage by outputting a second switching signal to the switching unit so that fast transition into bend state of liquid crystal arranged in a LCD panel is accomplished. As a result, by applying a voltage of less level than that of the typical common electrode voltage to the LCD panel, as DC voltage of at least 10 volt to 20 volt is applicable to a common electrode, time for transition into bend state can be reduced at initial operation of the liquid crystal display device using the LCD panel with OCB mode.

To do this, the inventive cryocooler comprises a driver generating a flame radiating heat having a predetermined temperature, homogeneously heating a driving gas, and adiabatically compressing the driving gas so that the driving gas generates an acoustic having a predetermined frequency; a regenerator receiving the driving gas output from the driver, and cooling the driving gas; a pulse tube receiving the cold driving gas output from the generator, adiabatically compressing the driving gas, and generating the driving gas having a high temperature; a cold reservoir receiving the high temperature driving gas output from the pulse tube, and adiabatically expanding the driving gas; a first hot heat exchanger installed between the generator and the pulse tube, and exchanging heat with the outside; a cold heat exchanger installed between the pulse tube and the cold reservoir, and exchanging heat with the outside; and an orifice installed within the cold reservoir, the orifice controlling an amount of the driving gas running between the cold reservoir and the pulse tube to constantly maintain a pressure of the cold reservoir. Wherein the driving gas repeats the process of the compression and expansion centering around the pulse tube.

摘要: A combination cellular telephone and radio receiver/tape player/recorder for vehicles includes a cellular telephone circuit and an AM/FM radio receiver including an antenna and loudspeaker. The cellular telephone is wired to the radio receiver for receiving and sending cellular telephone transmissions through the radio antenna and playing telephone messages through the loudspeaker. A dialing keypad is mounted on an armrest beside the driver's seat. The keypad includes a cover and a motor operatively associated with the cover for retracting and replacing the cover so as to enclose the keypad. The tape player/recorder is used to record telephone messages being received or sent by the cellular telephone. An alphanumeric display provided as a component of the basic radio receiver/tape player/recorder is connected to display telephone numbers being called out or called in. A cellular telephone handset with the same telephone number allows passengers in other parts of the vehicle to talk on the telephone.
