The curing light device has a light module housing having at least one heat sink located therein. The heat sink has at least two mounting platforms arranged in different geometric arrangements. The curing light includes at least one heat sink having various geometric shapes, which facilitate the arrangement of the light sources in the curing light and minimizing the concentration.

    摘要: A high-profile air sleep system is disclosed having an air posturizing sleep surface wherein the system comprises a base fabric cover layer, a plurality of resilient blocks overlying the base fabric cover layer, and a middle fabric cover layer overlying resilient blocks. A plurality of air chambers is carried above the middle fabric cover layer, and a resilient pad overlies the air chambers. A top fabric cover layer overlies the resilient pad. The foam blocks provide a cushion for the air chambers and the air chambers provide an upper air posturizing sleep surface. A first closure fasts the base cover layer and the middle cover layer; and a second closure fasts the middle cover layer and the top cover layer together whereby an integral high-profile sleep system is provided with an upper air sleep surface which can be adjusted to provide optimum sleep posture. The air posturizing air chambers are arranged side-by-side and generally coextend with the entirety of the middle, top, and base fabric cover layers.

    摘要: This invention provides a method for inhibiting thrombosis in a patient whose blood is subjected to extracorporeal blood circulation which comprises contacting the extracorporeal circulating blood with a Factor IXa compound in an amount effective to inhibit thrombosis in the blood of a patient and under conditions such that the Factor IXa compound circulates in the patient. The Factor IXa compound may include an active site-blocked Factor IXa compound or Glu-Gly-Arg chloromethyl ketone-inactivated human factor IXa compound. This invention also provides that the effective amount may be from about 0.1 &mgr;g/ml plasma to about 250 &mgr;g/ml plasma or from about 0.5 &mgr;g/ml plasma to about 25 &mgr;g/ml plasma. The patient may be subjected to extracorporeal blood circulation during transplant surgery or cardiopulmonary bypass surgery. This invention further provides for a method for inhibiting thrombosis in a patient whose blood is subjected to extracorporeal blood circulation, which comprises contacting the extracorporeal circulating blood with an agent capable of inhibiting a step of the intrinsic pathway of coagulation in an amount effective to inhibit thrombosis in the blood of a patient and under conditions such that the Factor IXa compound circulates in the patient. The agent may be an active site-blocked Factor XII compound or an active site-blocked Factor XI compound.

    摘要: A computer system such as a server pipelines RNIC interface (RI) management/control operations such as memory registration operations to hide from network applications the latency in performing RDMA work requests caused in part by delays in processing the memory registration operations and the time required to execute the registration operations themselves. A separate QP-like structure, called a control QP (CQP), interfaces with a control processor (CP) to form a control path pipeline, separate from the transaction pipeline, which is designated to handle all control path traffic associated with the processing of RI control operations. This includes memory registration operations (MR OPs), as well as the creation and destruction of traditional QPs for processing RDMA transactions. Once the MR OP has been queued in the control path pipeline of the adapter, a pending bit is set which is associated with the MR OP. Processing of an RDMA work request in the transaction pipeline that has engendered the enqueued MR OP is permitted to proceed as if the processing of the MR OP has already been completed. If the work request gets ahead of the MR OP, the associated pending bit being set will notify the adapter's work request transaction pipeline to stall (and possibly reschedule) completion of the work request until the processing of the MR OP for that memory region is complete. When the memory registration process for the memory region is complete, the associated pending bit is reset and the adapter transaction pipeline is permitted to continue processing the work request using the newly registered memory region.
