    摘要: The present invention provides a display apparatus and method supplying power to a light source where driving power is supplied to the light source, a main power path is provided through which the driving power is supplied from the power supply to the light source, a standby power path is branched from the main power path and returned to the power supply, a switching unit selects the driving power to be supplied from the power supply to either of the main power path or the standby power path, a standby power adjuster adjusts standby power applied to the standby power path and a controller controls the standby power adjuster to make the standby power be within an allowable range when the power is not applied to the main power path. Accordingly, a display apparatus and method which prevent a standby power from being continuously boosted up when a light source is turned off, thereby improving a display performance thereof are provided.

    摘要: Provided is a display apparatus that includes a light source, that further includes a current generator for outputting a predetermined driving current. Further provided is a first path for supplying the driving current output by the current generator to the light source and a second path for intercepting the driving current supplied to the light source. In addition, a switch is provided for supplying the driving current output by the current generator either to the first path or to the second path and a controller is provided for controlling the switch to supply the driving current output by the current generator to the first path while the light source is turned on, and to supply the driving current to the second path while the light source is turned off. Thus, the present invention provides a display apparatus which improves a response time of electrical current when a light source is turned on and off, and thereby improves display quality.

    摘要: A wafer test equipment system includes a performance board connected to a tester head of a tester. A universal block printed circuit board is positioned on the performance board, directly connecting a plurality of normal signal lines to a probe card and dividing each of a plurality of power signal lines into multiple paths and connecting them to the probe card. A cable assembly transfers the normal signal lines and the power signal lines between the universal block printed circuit board and the tester head. The cable assembly is soldered directly to the universal block printed circuit board in a perpendicular direction through a center portion of the performance board. A probe card is removably secured to the performance board including the universal block printed circuit board. The probe card includes an interposer on an upper surface thereof, a ceramic multi-layer substrate positioned below the interposer, and a plurality of needles positioned below the ceramic multi-layer substrate on a lower surface thereof opposite the upper surface.

    摘要: An inverting flip-flop (F/F) circuit type monostable-bistable transition logic element (MOBILE) circuit that uses resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs) and can prevent a malfunction caused by low peak-to-valley current ratio (PVCR) characteristics of the RTD includes an input data conversion circuit and an inverting F/F circuit. The input data conversion circuit receives input data and converts a logic level of the input data according to a logic level of output data of the MOBILE circuit. The inverting F/F circuit inverts a logic level of data output from the input data conversion circuit and outputs the output data. Accordingly, even when a logic level of input data changes from LOW to HIGH, the logic level of output data can be maintained HIGH in the inverting F/F type MOBILE circuit constructed using silicon semiconductor based RTDs with a small PVCR. Therefore, it is possible to enhance the performance of the inverting F/F circuit type MOBILE circuit.
