Abstract: An optical sheet, a backlight unit including the optical sheet, and a liquid crystal display including the backlight unit may be provided. The optical sheet may include a reflective polarizing film, a first adhesive layer on one surface of the reflective polarizing film, and a first diffusion layer on the first adhesive layer. The first diffusion layer may include a first light transmitting material and a plurality of first diffusion particles provided therein. A difference between a refractive index of the first adhesive layer and a refractive index of the first light transmitting material is less than or equal to approximately 0.2.

The metal material of the core may have a melting point higher than that of the metal material of the shell.
