摘要: A semiconductor device testing apparatus having a reduced transverse width and compact in size is provided. Adjacent to a constant temperature chamber 101 containing therein a vertical transport means is located a test chamber 102 which is in turn adjoined by a temperature-stress removing chamber 103 likewise containing therein a vertical transport means, so that the constant temperature chamber 101, the test chamber 102 and the temperature-stress removing chamber 103 are arranged transversely in a line. Further, a loader section 300 is located in front of the constant temperature chamber, and an unloader section 400 is located in front of the test chamber and the temperature-stress removing chamber. With this arrangement, the transverse width of the testing apparatus may be reduced to about three test tray lengths.

摘要: Two intermediate transfer ink jet recording methods and a recording device suitable for practicing the methods and an ink composition for use in the methods are disclosed. The first recording method comprises forming jetting an ink composition containing a thermoplastic resin on an intermediate transfer drum to form an ink image, heating the ink image to at least the softening or melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin to bring the ink image to a film form and then transferring the ink image to recording paper. The second recording method comprises jetting an ink composition containing a thermoplastic resin on an intermediate transfer drum to form an ink image, heating the ink image to form a concentrated ink image, transferring the concentrated ink image to recording paper and then heating the transferred ink image to at least the softening or melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin. According to the recording methods of the present invention, a good print can be provided independently of the quality of the recording paper and even under a low transfer pressure.

摘要: In a process for exposing a photosensitive layer formed upon the inside of the faceplate of a color-picture tube so as to form a desired pattern of phosphor dots or temporary dots or the like, an optical correction system for causing the light beam to precisely impinge at a point where the electron beam impinges is interposed between a light source and a shadow mask. The system comprises an optical lens system for correcting .DELTA.S deviation characteristics and an optical lens system for correcting .DELTA.P deviation characteristics consisting of a first optical correction system and a second optical system. The first optical system is so designed as to attain the average correction depending only upon the deflection angle regardless of each of the radial directions of deflection while the second optical system is so designed as to attain the individual .DELTA.P deviation characteristics depending not only upon the deflection angle but also upon each of the radial directions of deflection. The correction lenses may have a relatively simple aspherical surface.
