摘要： A rotary holder for a corrugated tube is formed such that an inner rotary body containing a corrugated tube is received in an inner portion of an outer fixing body, and an outer peripheral sliding surface of the inner rotary body may rotate relative to the outer fixing body. The inner rotary body is formed by assembling two divided rotary members, each having a round arch surface on an outer periphery thereof. The outer peripheral sliding surface is formed by abutting a surface of each divided rotary member against each other. Further, a cut surface retracting inside from a rotation locus of the round arch surface in each divided rotary member is formed in each end portion of the round arch surface.

A target speed according to the door position is obtained by a map. A microcomputer calculates a speed difference &Dgr;VD between the target speed and the actual or present speed, and an acceleration/deceleration value &Dgr;VC such as the speed difference between the door speed at the last detecting time and the present detecting time. A duty increasing value and the decreasing value of a PWM duty command value for adjusting a torque of the motor are set based on the speed difference &Dgr;VD and the acceleration/deceleration value &Dgr;VC, the motor is driven by the PWM duty command value based on the duty increasing value and the decreasing value.

摘要： A door closing apparatus that is adapted to be disposed on a vehicle door having a door inner panel and an indoor trim includes a door lock mechanism having a latch, a pawl and a latch lever fixedly secured to a rotary shaft of the latch, a bracket adapted to be supported in a fixed relationship with respect to the door panel, and a passive lever rotatably supported by the bracket and provided with a free end portion adapted to contact the latch lever, and a drive source which rotates the passive lever. A shaft portion rotatably supports the passive lever with respect to the bracket, and a nut threadedly engages the shaft portion and is removable from the shaft portion, with the nut being positioned at a side of the bracket facing the indoor trim. In the event the latch lever is unable to rotate (e.g., due to disconnection of an electrical wire or motor malfunction), the indoor trim of the vehicle door can be partially peeled off and the nut removed to manually move the passive lever.

摘要： In a door closer device which requires at least three switches consisting of a half door detection switch, a full lock (completely closing) detection switch and a switch for detecting the return to the initial position, the number of switches can be reduced. Two cam switch operating portions are formed on a cam plate fixedly secured to an output shaft of a motor. The motor is stopped by making use of one operating portion and the motor is rotated in a reverse direction by making use of the other operating portion.

摘要： A vehicular slide door apparatus includes a slide door which is movable between an open position and a closed position, and a drive device having a shaft which couples the slide door and an electric motor. When the motor is turned on, the slide door moves. The shaft is provided with a magnetic member which is sensed while the shaft is rotating by a sensor having a Hall element. This allows a direct determination of the shaft rotation so that such determination and successive determinations of the slide door movement become as accurate and precise as possible.

摘要： A vehicle door system includes a door inner panel interconnected to a door outer panel to form an outer space therebetween. The inner panel includes a sealed through-hole interconnecting the outer space with an inner space situated on an opposite (inner) side of the inner panel. A door lock device is disposed in the inner space and is operable to open and close the door. A door outside handle is attached to the door outer panel and is operatively connected to the door lock device by a connecting structure which extends through the through-hole. A hood element is secured to the inner panel and situated in the outer space for covering the through-hole to prevent moisture and other external substances from reaching the through-hole.

The flexible conductive part also includes a wire providing an electrical connection between components in the slide door and the vehicle body. In addition, an insulating member covers the wire, and a steel-made belt extends along the insulating member so that the insulating member is mounted on the belt. The belt has a vertical cross-section with respect to a sliding direction of the slide door that possesses a concave surface.

摘要： A windshield wiper includes a first pin connected to a drive mechanism, a primary lever supported by the first pin, a second pin mounted to the primary pin, a wiper arm fixedly mounted to the second pin, the primary lever being rotated about the second pin by the drive mechanism to cause reciprocating motion of the wiper arm in an arcuate path, a first cam member rotatable about the first pin, a second cam member rotatable about the second pin, and a secondary lever for connecting the first cam member and the second cam member together. The second cam member is so rotated as to allow a center of the first cam member to move relative to a center of the first pin, thereby changing the effective length of the primary lever such that the arcuate path of the wiper arm is changed. A wheel gear is used to rotate the second cam member through a predetermined angle. The second cam member is rotatably supported by a stationary member. A gear portion is meshed with the wheel gear and rotated by the motor. The wheel gear and the gear portion are both housed in a casing which is, in turn, fixed to the stationary member.
