摘要： A door outbelt unit for a vehicle door includes an end piece clip forming a “U”-shaped clip pocket, an end piece forming a pocket boss inserted into a clip pocket, and a door outbelt forming an internal space inserted and enclosed with an end piece to expose the pocket boss to the outside, in which the door outbelt is assembled only by a process of pressing the end piece in an H direction (vertical direction) after an end piece clip is assembled in an L direction (horizontal direction), so as to prevent lifting of the door outbelt or damage of parts during assembly.

摘要： A mirror assembly includes a reflective element portion and a molded portion formed of a multi-void, lightweight structure. The multi-void, lightweight structure may be formed by injecting a gas into an injection mold while the molded portion is being molded, resulting in a multi-void aerated molded structure having multiple-voids introduced during the molding step. A window assembly for a vehicle may include an outer frame portion, an inner frame portion hingedly attached to the outer frame portion, and at least one sealing element established along a sealing portion of the outer and/or inner frame portions. The outer frame portion may be pivoted relative to the inner frame portion and about the hinge portions to a closed position. The outer frame portion may be connected to the inner frame portion when in the closed position to secure the at least one sealing element therebetween.

摘要： In an illustrative embodiment, two panels of different materials may be bonded with a structural adhesive composition comprising microcapsules containing corrosion inhibiting materials for protecting the panels from corrosion. For example, a steel vehicle door outer panel may be bonded to an aluminum alloy or magnesium alloy inner panel using an epoxy adhesive. Dispersed within the uncured adhesive are an abundance of microcapsules filled with a fluid or mobile material for reacting with the iron and/or aluminum or magnesium to inhibit corrosion arising from the facing surfaces of the mixed metal panels. The protective material is released from the microcapsules for diffusion through the cured or uncured interfacial adhesive to react with one or both panel surfaces and form a protective coating on the surfaces.

The module plate (4) which also serves as a reinforcing member is composed of a first extending portion (13) extending in a right and left direction and a second extending portion (14) extending downward from the first extending portion (13) to be in a substantially T-shape, which also results in reduction in the weight of the module plate (4), and connection of the module plate (4) to the outer panel (2) and the inner panel (3) reinforces the tailgate (1).

A lightweight window frame is coupled to the door box and is formed of light metal or light metal alloy. The window frame is formed from an extruded bent profile that has a closed hollow chamber and at least one mounting formation. The mounting formation may include a mounting groove or a clip-on strip. The mounting formation continuously follows a length of the profile and is for receiving at least one add-on component. A plastic molded panel module is coupled to the frame. The module has a support surface and outer panels formed as a single piece along the frame adjacent a roof rail and a B-pillar of the motor vehicle.
