    Abstract: Provided are a moving core-type reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor having the same. The moving core-type reciprocating motor includes a stator including an inner stator and an outer stator having one side connected to one side of the inner stator and the other side spaced apart from the other side of the inner stator in a radius direction to define a gap together with the other side of the inner stator, a magnet coil wound between the inner stator and the outer stator, a magnet fixed to at least one of the inner stator and the outer stator so as to be exposed to the gap, a rotor including a moving core disposed in the gas and made of a magnetic material to reciprocate with respect to the stator and the magnet and a hollow connection member made of a nonmagnetic material and supporting the moving core so that the moving core is exposed to the gap toward the magnet. Thus, the reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor having the same are compact and lightweight to more improve efficiency.

    Abstract: A linear compressor includes a cylinder, a piston disposed in the cylinder and reciprocating along an axis of the cylinder, a stator core disposed outside the cylinder, a coil winding body that is disposed in the stator core and includes first to fourth coils that are spaced from each other in a circumferential direction, a mover connected to the piston and reciprocating along the axis by an electromagnetic interaction with the coil winding body, and a switch unit configured to connect the first and second coils and the third and fourth coils in series or in parallel depending on a magnitude of a load. The first and second coils are connected in series, and the third and fourth coils are connected in series. The first to fourth coils each have the same inductance.

    Abstract: In a linear motor and the linear compressor having the same according to the present disclosure, a plurality of magnets are coupled to a stator equipped with a winding coil, and a mover core made of magnetic material instead of a permanent magnet is provided on the mover, and by the magnetizing plurality of magnets in the same direction, the motor output can increase by increasing thrust instead of decreasing the centering force for the mover core. In addition, as it is applied to a two-pore motor, it is possible to easily control the mover core and to easily perform an assembly operation and a magnetization operation for the magnet. In addition, as the stator is made of a grain-oriented core, core loss may be reduced and the motor efficiency may be improved.

    Abstract: A transverse flux reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor including a transverse flux reciprocating motor are provided. The transverse flux reciprocating motor may include a stator having an inner stator and an outer stator located outside and spaced apart from the inner stator in a radial direction, at least one magnet coil wound on the stator, at least one magnet coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the inner stator or an inner circumferential surface of the outer stator and having different magnetic poles arranged in an orthogonal direction of flux generated by the magnet coil, and a mover inserted into a cavity formed between the inner stator and the outer stator, formed of a magnetic material and reciprocating with respect to the stator. A magnetic resonant spring for causing resonant motion of the mover with respect to the stator using a force moving to low magnetic resistance between the stator and the mover is implemented, thereby reducing a size and weight of the reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor including the reciprocating motor and obtaining higher efficiency.
