    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for transmitting/receiving an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) voice support-related signal by a next generation-radio access network (NG-RAN) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, by the NG-RAN, a request associated with a UE capability for IMS voice from an AMF; checking, by the NG-RAN, whether the UE capability matches network configurations; and transmitting, by the NG-RAN, a response including the result of the check to the AMF, wherein the network configurations include a network configuration for the NG-RAN and a network configuration for a network node which enables IMS voice even when the NG-RAN does not support IMS voice.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for transmitting and receiving data through a relay in a wireless communication system and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, a method for transmitting and receiving, by a remote user equipment (UE), data to and from a network through a relay UE in a wireless communication system includes: recognizing that small data to be transmitted to the network is generated; performing a discovery procedure through the relay UE and a PC5 interface; and transmitting a PC5 message including the small data to the relay UE when it is verified that the relay UE has an ability to transmit the small data to the network in the discovery procedure, in which when it is indicated that the relay UE supports a small data transmitting procedure by a PC5 discovery message received from the relay UE in the discovery procedure, it may be determined that the relay UE has the ability to transmit the small data to the network.

    Abstract: A method for a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the includes transmitting, by the UE which is outside of coverage, a first message for registration to a first cell on a selected first Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), wherein the first PLMN which is not included in a list related to forbidden PLMNs; receiving, by the UE, a second message related to registration failure with the first PLMN; selecting, by the UE, a second PLMN; and transmitting, by the UE, a third message for registration to a second cell on the selected second PLMN, wherein zero or more PLMNs, which are included in the list related to forbidden PLMNs, are excluded in a selection of the second PLMN, and wherein the first PLMN with which the registration has failed is further excluded in the selection of the second PLMN, although the first PLMN is not included in the list related to forbidden PLMNs.
