摘要: A method during a random access procedure and apparatus is provided, where a first downlink transmit antenna port is selected for transmission on random access channel resources associated with the first downlink transmit antenna port using a first preamble transmit power. A second downlink transmit antenna port is then selected, which is different from the first downlink transmit antenna port, when a random access response message is not received within a random access response reception time window. A preamble transmit power adjustment value is then determined, based upon one or more downlink transmit antenna port specific parameters received from the wireless communication network. A second preamble transmit power based on the determined preamble transmit power adjustment value and the first preamble transmit power is determined. A second preamble with the determined second preamble transmit power is then transmitted on a second subset of random access channel resources, which are associated with the second downlink transmit antenna port.

One method includes: receiving a message that configures a set of resources that each includes a downlink resource or an uplink sounding resource and is associated with an uplink transmission beam pattern; receiving scheduling information for an uplink transmission that is associated with a resource of the set of resources; determining an uplink transmission beam pattern associated with the resource; determining a configured maximum output power for the uplink transmission beam pattern that is based on an antenna array property associated with the uplink transmission beam pattern; determining a transmit power for the uplink transmission based on the configured maximum output power; and performing the uplink transmission using the uplink transmission beam pattern based on the transmit power.

One method includes receiving a handover command message from a first cell, wherein: the handover command message includes first information that indicates a configuration of a second cell, random access channel resources on the second cell, and a first reference signals associated with the second cell; each of the first reference signals is associated with a random access channel resource; second information indicates skip configurations and second reference signals are associated with the second cell; and each of the second reference signals is associated with a random access skip configuration. The method includes receiving a first set of downlink reference signals and a second set of downlink reference signals. The method includes, selecting a first downlink reference signal and determining whether to perform a random access procedure.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for synchronization signal block selection. One method includes receiving multiple synchronization signal blocks on a first wideband carrier. Each synchronization signal block includes at least one synchronization signal and a physical broadcast channel. The method includes detecting at least one synchronization signal block of the synchronization signal blocks, determining at least one synchronization signal frequency associated with the at least one detected synchronization signal block, and selecting a first synchronization signal block of the at least one detected synchronization signal block and a first synchronization signal frequency of the at least one synchronization signal frequency. The first synchronization signal block is associated with the first synchronization signal frequency. The method includes decoding a first physical broadcast channel of the first synchronization signal block, and determining whether to reselect the first synchronization signal block based on a result of decoding the first physical broadcast channel.

A successRAR intended to the UE can be identified (1360) from the decoded MsgB PDSCH. A common PUCCH resource set of the at least one common PUCCH resource set and a PUCCH resource of the common PUCCH resource set can be determined (1370) based on the successRAR. At least HARQ-ACK feedback information for the MsgB PDSCH can be transmitted (1380) on the PUCCH resource.

摘要: A first indication can be transmitted from at least one first of a first set of TRPs of a network. The first indication can indicate a minimum scheduling offset (Kmin) value between scheduling DCI of the first set of TRPs and a corresponding data communication. A second indication indicating the Kmin value can be received at at least one second TRP of a second set of TRPs of the network. First and second scheduling DCI can be transmitted scheduling respective first and second data communications associated with the respective first and second sets of TRPs. The first and second data communications can be communicated via the respective first and second sets of TRPs of the network such that the offset between the first scheduling DCI and the first data communication is at least the Kmin value and the offset between the second scheduling DCI and the second data communication is at least the Kmin value.

摘要: A resource assignment can be received. A first set of time-frequency resources in a subframe can be determined from the resource assignment. A second set of time-frequency resources in the subframe can be determined. The second set of time-frequency resources can be used for a second latency data transmission. The second set of time-frequency resources can overlap with at least a portion of the first set of time-frequency resources. A first latency data transmission in the subframe can be decoded based on the determined first and second set of time-frequency resources. The first latency transmission can have a longer latency than the second latency transmission.

Particular scheduling DCI scheduling a particular corresponding data communication can be received. A determination can be made regarding whether the determined Kmin value is applicable to the particular scheduling DCI and the particular corresponding data communication. In response to determining the determined Kmin value is applicable to the particular scheduling DCI and the particular corresponding data communication, the particular corresponding data communication can be communicated with the network such that the offset between the particular scheduling DCI and the particular corresponding data communication is at least the determined Kmin value.

摘要: A method and apparatus is provided, where a respective reference signal associated with each of one or more downlink transmit antenna ports in a wireless communication network is received. A value is determined for each of one or more measurable characteristics relative to each of the received reference signals. One or more parameters are received, the parameters including one or more adjustments, where each adjustment is specific to one of the downlink transmit antenna ports and include adjustments in the form of one or more respective offset values to be applied to at least some of the one or more determined values of the measurable characteristics of the received reference signals. At least one downlink transmit antenna port is then to function as a serving downlink transmit antenna port for the user equipment, based upon a comparison of the resulting values of the measurable characteristics of the received reference signals after the received one or more adjustments have been applied to the corresponding determined values.
