    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for writing servo tracks of a magnetic disk unit, and has an object of providing a servo track writing method and apparatus which can reduce a mechanical vibration of a head in the steady state and can shorten a settling time of the system. A detecting face is set in the vicinity of a head arm end portion 22 of a magnetic disk unit 2, and a capacitance probe 28 is provided as a gap detecting means for detecting a gap in a head moving direction between the detecting face and the head arm end portion 22. Further provided are a rotary positioner 26 as a positioning means for moving the capacitance probe 28 in the head moving direction to position it at a target position, and a head drive system control means for moving a head 14 of the magnetic disk unit 2 so that the gap is kept constant, to position the head 14 at a predetermined servo track writing position.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a mobile terminal in which a sound path can be secured around speaker sound holes when the mobile terminal is placed and which can thereby provide stable sound to a user. A mobile terminal according to the present invention is a mobile terminal in which an upper housing including a display unit is connected to a lower housing (1) including an operation unit in a freely-movable fashion and a speaker sound hole (7) is formed in a surface of the lower housing (1) opposite to the operation unit (rear surface), in which the rear surface is configured so as to be inclined with respect to a placing-surface (6) when the mobile terminal is placed on the placing-surface so that a space (9) that allows speaker sound to be released is formed between the rear surface and the placing-surface, and a protrusion (4) is formed near the speaker sound hole (7). As a result, a sound path is secured around the speaker sound hole (7), and therefore stable sound can be provided to a user.

A medium insertion port is disposed on the front surface of a main unit and a portable recording medium is loaded into or unloaded from the main unit through the medium insertion port. A display unit is disposed on the front surface of the main unit and can move between a closed position where the medium insertion port is covered and an opened position where the medium insertion port is exposed. A limitation section limits the movement of the display unit to the opened position. A limitation removing section removes the limitation by the limitation section. An operation section receives an operation on the navigation system. The operation section can receive an operation other than an operation to be intrinsically received by the operation section. The limitation removing section removes the limitation by the limitation section when the operation section receives the operation other than the operation to be intrinsically received.

    摘要: A conveyance system. The conveyance system includes a movable device for conveying an article, and a robot selected from the group consisting of an articulated robot and an orthogonal robot. The movable device is configured to be both vertically and horizontally movable; and, the robot is mounted on the movable device. The robot includes a hand and a gripper disposed on the hand. The gripper is configured to hold the article. The movable device and the robot are configured to convey the article in conveyance operations that include an extraction, a conveyance, and an installation, of the article; the range of the conveyance operations lies within a working range of the robot from a present position that is selected with priority. The movable device is configured to remain in a stationary state when the article is conveyed by the robot using the conveyance operations within the working range.
