    摘要: A thin and highly transparent coating having excellent air tightness, adhesion to a substrate, lubricating properties, galling resistance, and corrosion resistance is formed on the surface of a metal substrate and particularly on the surface of a threaded joint which is used for connection of oil country tubular goods. A photocurable composition comprising (A) a photocurable (meth)acrylate resin, (B) a (meth)acrylate monomer selected from a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and a difunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, (C) a trifunctional or higher multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) a benzotriazole anticorrosive agent, (F) an anticorrosive pigment selected from a phosphate anticorrosive pigment and calcium ion-exchanged silica, and (G) a phosphate ester is used to form a photocured coating.

The switching mechanism includes a body having a communication passage in communication with the ejection head, a first diaphragm chamber and a second diaphragm chamber that communicate with each other through the communication passage and located to facing each other, a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm arranged in the first diaphragm chamber and the second diaphragm chamber, respectively, and capable of opening and closing the communication passage, and an operation mechanism provided in the communication passage. The operation mechanism includes a first operation end and a second operation end that operate the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm, respectively, when the communication passage is opened to allow communication between at least one of the first and second diaphragm chambers and the ejection head, and an urging member that urges the first and second operation ends in a direction in which the communication passage is opened by the first and second diaphragms.

The image coding apparatus according to the present invention includes a generated bit measurement unit, a target bit setting unit, a residual bit computing unit for computing a residual value between the generated bit and the target bit, a remaining video buffer capacity measurement unit, and a quantization parameter computing unit for computing a quantization parameter to set the same to the quantization unit. The quantization parameter computing unit computes a quantization parameter for next image data to be encoded on the basis of at least one of the residual value computed and the remaining video buffer capacity measured.
