    摘要: A process for the production of a light lignocellulose-containing substance having an average density in the range from 200 to 600 kg/m3, in which, in each case based on the lignocellulose-containing substance:A) from 30 to 95% by weight of lignocellulose particles;B) from 1 to 25% by weight of expanded plastics particles having a bulk density in the range from 10 to 100 kg/m3;C) from 3 to 50% by weight of a binder selected from the group consisting of aminoplast resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin and organic isocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups and, if appropriateD) additivesare mixed and then pressed at elevated temperature and under elevated pressure, wherein the expanded plastics particles are obtained from expandable plastics particles by expansion and the expanded plastics particles thus obtained are further used without further intermediate steps for the production of the light lignocellulose-containing substance.

    摘要: A multilayer lignocellulose-containing molding comprising A) a middle layer or a plurality of middle layers comprising lignocellulose-containing particles which is/are obtainable by using a binder (a) and B) a covering layer or a plurality of covering layers comprising lignocellulose-containing particles which is/are obtainable by using a binder (b), the binder (a) being selected from the group consisting of (a1) formaldehyde resins and (a2) an organic isocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups; the binder (b) comprising the following components: an aqueous component (I) comprising (i) a polymer A which is composed of the following monomers: a) from 70 to 100% by weight of at least one ethylenically unsaturated mono- and/or dicarboxylic acid (monomer(s) A1) and b) from 0 to 30% by weight of at least one further ethylenically unsaturated monomer which differs from the monomers A1 (monomer(s) A2) and, optionally, (ii) a low molecular weight crosslinker having at least two functional groups which are selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, carboxyl and derivatives thereof, primary, secondary and tertiary amine, epoxy, aldehyde and, optionally, a component (II), as an aqueous dispersion, comprising one or more polymer(s) M which is composed of the following monomers: a) from 0 to 50% by weight of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer which comprises at least one epoxide and/or at least one hydroxyalkyl group (monomer(s) M1) and b) from 50 to 100% by weight of at least one further ethylenically unsaturated monomer which differs from the monomers M1 (monomer(s) M2) and, optionally, customary additives as component (III), and, where the binder (a) comprises a formaldehyde resin, the binder (b) comprising formaldehyde scavengers.

    摘要: Flexible, sheet-like substrates having an abrasive surface, which are obtainable by applying an aqueous solution or dispersion of at least one precondensate of a heat-curable resin to the top and/or bottom of a flexible, sheet-like substrate in an amount in the range from 0.1 to 90% by weight, based on the uncoated, dry substrate, crosslinking the precondensate and drying the treated substrate, wherein the aqueous solution or dispersion of at least one precondensate of a heat-curable resin comprises (i) a polymeric thickener selected from the group consisting of biopolymers, associative thickeners and wholly synthetic thickeners in an amount ranging from 0.01% by weight to 10% by weight and optionally (ii) a curative that catalyzes further condensation of the heat-curable resin at from about 60° C.
