    摘要: A method for fabricating a bubbler is disclosed, which is performed by laminating a polypropylene (PP), PE, CPET film onto a paper material surface to form a PP, PE, CPET film, and then screen printing or coating a hydrophilic polyurethane (PU) material onto another surface of the paper material to form a hydrophilic PU foaming material, then color printing a print material onto the hydrophilic foaming film to form a pattern layer, trimming the paper material to form a paper plate having a desired range, and forming the paper plate as an utensil, and enabling the hydrophilic PU foaming film to form a three dimensional pattern area on a surface of the utensil by being heated and thus foaming with a heating temperature presenting when the utensil is formed, whereby a three dimensional pattern area may be directly formed onto a surface of a utensil.

    摘要: Disclosed are methods for coating a substrate. These methods include: (a) preparing a two-component coating composition by mixing a first component and a second component to make a mixture thereof, and (b) depositing the mixture over the substrate to form a film having a 60° gloss of no more than 35 gloss units (measured according to ASTM D523-89). In these methods: (i) the first component includes: (A) an aqueous anionic, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion comprising a polyurethane having terminal methylol groups; and (ii) the second component comprises an aqueous anionic acrylic polymer solution having a viscosity of 25,000 to 60,000 mPa·s at 20° C. when measured according to DIN EN ISO 3219 at a non-volatile content of 9% to 11% by weight, based on the total weight of the solution, measured according to DIN 53189.

    摘要: A system and a method for coating two sides of a laminate material is disclosed in which one side of the laminate material is coated with one substance and the second side is coated with a different substance. The method described is particularly suited for applying a substance providing characteristics desirable in the manufacturing process to one side of the laminate material and applying a substance providing characteristics desirable in the end product to the other side of the laminate material. For example, a release agent may be applied on one side of a kraft paper sheet and phenolic resin on the other side, thereby eliminating the need to use release sheets in the manufacture of laminates. The kraft sheet thus coated may be used in a laminate product.

    摘要: A system and a method for coating two sides of a laminate material is disclosed in which one side of the laminate material is coated with one substance and the second side is coated with a similar or different substance. Reverse roll coating may be used to coat the two surfaces of the sheet of laminate material. The method described is particularly suited for applying a substance providing balancing characteristics desirable in the end product to one side of the laminate material and applying a substance providing other characteristics desirable in the end product to the other side of the laminate material. For example, a balancing substance may be applied on one side of a kraft paper sheet and a substance providing structural bonding applied to the other side, thereby eliminating the need to use a discrete balancing sheet in a laminate. The kraft sheet thus coated may be used to form a laminate panel that may be applied on an exterior wall, an interior wall, siding, a roof top, a facade boarding, a counter top, a table top or a work top.
