    摘要: In this navigation apparatus, when speech recognition of inputted speech is carried out, keywords included in the content of the recognized speech are searched from a dictionary DB, and then these words are displayed as keywords of a POI search. When a correction of a keyword is required by the user, because most errors occur in the first phonetic symbol of the misrecognized word, a search of words each having phonetic symbols in which the first phonetic symbol of the misrecognized word is changed from the phonetic symbols of the word to be corrected (i.e., a search of words having one different first phonetic symbol) is carried out to present candidates for correction. In this navigation apparatus, because the displayed candidates for correction are limited to words having a different first phonetic symbol which has a high possibility of being the cause of misrecognition, the user can correct the misrecognized keyword by a simple operation. Further, it is possible to reduce the process burden as compared to the conventional misrecognition correction processes.

A thermal insulator according to the present invention includes metal oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter equal to or smaller than 50 nm and a reinforcing fiber, wherein the thermal insulator has a bridge structure between the metal oxide fine particles which is formed by elution of part of the metal oxide fine particles. A method of manufacturing a thermal insulator according to the present invention includes a curing step of curing a dry pressed compact including metal oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter equal to or smaller than 50 nm and a reinforcing fiber under a pressurized vapor saturated atmosphere at a temperature equal to or higher than 100° C. for four hours and a drying step of drying the cured dry pressed compact.

    摘要: In a misfire detector device for internal combustion engine, an ignition coil is provided to be on-off actuated by a primary current interruptor circuit, each end of the ignition coil being connected to a spark plug installed in each cylinder of an internal combustion engine. A peak voltage detector circuit detects a peak voltage applied across the spark plug electrodes after an end of spark action of the spark plug. A peak voltage value distinction circuit recognizes a misfire when a voltage level exceeds a predetermined level which is detected by the peak voltage detector means after an end of spark action of the spark plug upon running the internal combustion engine at a high speed. A distinction circuit recognizes a variation of angles detected by the crank angle sensor so as to determine the misfire when the variation of angles exceeds a predetermined value upon running the internal combustion engine at a low speed.

    摘要: In a misfire detector for use in an internal combustion engine having an ignition coil, an electrical interrupter circuit interrupts a primary current flowing through a primary circuit of the ignition coil by which a spark plug is energized. A voltage divider circuit detects a divided voltage of a spark plug voltage applied across the spark plug. A spark plug voltage detector circuit is provided to detect an attenuation characteristic of a spark plug voltage waveform presented subsequent to a time period predetermined either during a spark action of the spark plug or after an end of the spark action of the spark plug. A peak hold circuit is provided to hold a peak voltage of the spark plug voltage waveform presented after the end of the spark action of the spark plug, so that a distinction circuit determines a misfire on the basis of a peak voltage level or the attenuation characteristics of the spark plug voltage waveform.
