Abstract:
An image reproducing device includes one or more processors. The processor acquires image group data including a plurality of images and tag information on at least one tag. The images relate to a biological sample along time series. The tag information relates to an operation on the biological sample and is associated with at least part of the images. The processor selects from the plurality of images using the tag information, images to be reproduced along the time series as reproduction selected images. The processor outputs to a display, data relating to the images for the reproduction selected images to be reproduced along time series.

An observation device includes: a housing having, in a top surface, a glass window on which a vessel accommodating samples is placed and through which illumination light is transmitted; and an image acquisition unit accommodated in the housing and configured to capture transmitted light obtained after illumination light is transmitted through the samples from above, is transmitted through the glass window, and enters the housing.
Abstract:
The number of cells existing and the positions thereof in a container that contains the cells can be grasped at a glance. Provided is an analysis-result browsing device that includes: a camera that captures cells at set capturing positions; a processing unit that detects and analyzes the cells captured by the camera, for the respective capturing positions; a display unit that displays analysis results of the cells analyzed by the processing unit, together with a container map that shows a container and the plurality of capturing positions in the container; and a control unit that sets the capturing positions in the container, which contains the cells, and simultaneously displays the analysis results of the cells at at least two of the capturing positions on the container map, which is displayed on the display unit.
Abstract:
It is possible to observe imaging subjects, such as cells or the like, without causing an increase in the apparatus size. Provided is an observation apparatus including: a flat-plate-like stage formed of an optically transparent material on which a container accommodating a sample is placed; a deflecting member that is disposed below the stage and that deflects light coming from the sample on the stage into a substantially horizontal direction; an objective lens that collects the light deflected by the deflecting member; and an image-acquisition device that captures the light collected by the objective lens.
Abstract:
The system includes a passage presence/absence information acquiring and generating section that acquires or generates previous passage presence/absence information, which indicates whether passage work was conducted or not, at respective previous observation time points at which observation information containing a cell image and activity data were acquired in a time series manner through an observation information acquiring section; and a passage number acquiring and generating section that acquires or generates at least the current passage number at the current observation time point, automatically or through an operation by a user, based on the previous passage presence/absence information acquired or generated by the passage presence/absence information acquiring and generating section, thereby to prevent erroneous input of passage numbers by the user.
Abstract:

Abstract:
An observation apparatus including: a top plate on which a container in which a specimen is accommodated can be placed, and through which illumination light can pass; a light source that emits the illumination light upward from below the specimen; an objective lens that focuses, below the specimen and the top plate, transmitted light which is the illumination light that has passed through the specimen from thereabove and that has passed through the top plate; and a camera that captures the transmitted light, wherein the light source emits the illumination light toward an area above the specimen from outside the objective lens in a radial direction, and the top plate is provided with a mark that specifies a viewing-field area of the camera.
Abstract:
A culture observation system including: an observation device disposed in an incubator; a station server disposed outside the incubator and that transmitting and receiving information to and from the observation device; and a terminal for transmitting and receiving information to and from the station server. The observation device includes: a light source emitting illumination light from below a sample to thereabove, said sample being accommodated in a container formed of an optically transparent material; and an image acquisition unit for acquiring, below the sample, an image of transmitted light that has passed through the sample as a result of the illumination light emitted from the light source unit being reflected above the sample. The image acquisition unit includes an objective lens for collecting transmitted light that has passed through the sample, and the light source unit emits illumination light from radially outward of the objective lens to above the sample.
