Abstract:
A control device for an ablation treatment tool includes: a target-value storage unit that stores a target value for the total treatment area; an energy-source output unit that outputs, to the ablation treatment tool, an energy source for performing ablation treatment; an area calculation unit that calculates the total treatment area of the ileal mucosa on which the ablation treatment has been performed; and a control unit that controls termination of the ablation treatment performed by the ablation treatment tool. The control unit notifies an operator of the termination of the ablation treatment or stops the output of the energy source from the energy-source output unit when the calculated total treatment area of the ileal mucosa becomes equal to or greater than the target value.

Abstract:
A cell observation information processing system includes: a tag acquiring section that acquires tags, as search tags for searching for observation information acquired in response to an acquisition order at one time point; a storing section that stores into an archive respective sets of the observation information acquired at respective time points upon assigning to them the search tags; a retrieving section that retrieves a list of tags as possible search tags from the archive; and an output section that outputs the list of tags to a display. For retrieving the list of tags, the retrieving section designates a narrowing-down criterion and narrows down tags to the possible search tags using the narrowing-down criterion. The tag acquiring section acquires a tag selected by the user from the list of tags as displayed. This configuration can save operation effort and time of the user taken to acquire tags.
Abstract:
A cell observation information processing system includes: a storing section that assigns, to each of observation information sets acquired in response to an acquisition order at each time point to carry an observation result containing a cell image and activity data, search tags including an image tag as a main tag and subordinate tags subordinately associated with the image tag, and stores the search-tagged observation information set into an archive; an image selector; a search criterion generator that searches through the archive using the selected image tag, retrieves a matched search-tagged observation information set, and automatically generates a search criterion based on subordinate tags assigned to the search-tagged observation information set having been retrieved; and a retrieving section that searches through the archive using the search criterion and retrieves data containing activity data in observation information sets to which search tags matched with the search criterion have been assigned.

Abstract:
An image reproducing device includes one or more processors. The processor acquires image group data including a plurality of images and tag information on at least one tag. The images relate to a biological sample along time series. The tag information relates to an operation on the biological sample and is associated with at least part of the images. The processor selects from the plurality of images using the tag information, images to be reproduced along the time series as reproduction selected images. The processor outputs to a display, data relating to the images for the reproduction selected images to be reproduced along time series.
