    摘要: Disclosed is a gene carrier composed of a hydrogen-bonding polymer having a polymer chain with hydrogen-bonding sites formed on the polymer chain, in which the polymer chain has a conformation similar to the conformation of a nucleic acid, and particularly, the polymer chain has helix parameters similar to the helix parameters of a nucleic acid of a helix structure. In a preferred embodiment, the hydrogen-bonding polymer is composed of β-1,3-glucan such as schizophyllan. The carrier can be expected to be applied as a vector and a separator for nucleic acids because it is capable of interacting with a nucleic acid to form a complex with the nucleic acid and thus carrying the nucleic acid.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a vinyl monomer containing a superacidic ester group useful in the production of ionomers for polymer electrolyte fuel cells, and its production process. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a polymer produced from said vinyl monomer and its production process, as well as a process for producing a polymer containing a superacidic group from said polymer. The inventive vinyl monomer contains a haloalkyl ester group of a superacid, wherein the number of carbon atoms of the haloalkyl ester group is no more than 10, and the halogen in the haloalkyl group is chlorine and/or fluorine. A polymer containing said vinyl monomer as a repeating unit can be converted to a polymer containing a superacid group using at least one procedure of 1) heat treating at 50° C. to 350° C., and 2) contacting with a protic compound.

    摘要: A method for the production of a mechanically stabilized polyazole polymer membrane or film having the following steps: a) providing a membrane or film containing i.) a polyazole with at least one amino group in a repeating unit except the ones obtained by reacting aromatic and/or heteroaromatic diaminocarboxylic acids, ii.) at least one strong acid and iii.) at least one stabilizing reagent, the total content of stabilizing reagents in the membrane or film being within the range of from 0.01 to 30% by weight, b) performing the stabilization reaction in the membrane, immediately or in a subsequent processing step of the membrane, c) optionally doping the membrane obtained in accordance with step b) with a strong acid or concentrating the present strong acid by removal of present water, wherein the stabilizing reagent contains at least one oxazine-based compound and wherein the polyazole polymer has at least 1.8 dl/g intrinsic viscosity.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for preparing mechanically stabilized polyazole polymers. The process includes the steps of: a) producing a film comprising polyazoles with at least one amino group in a repeat unit, b) treating the film from step a) with a solution comprising (i) at least one acid and (ii) at least one stabilizing reagent, and c) performing the stabilization reaction in the membrane obtained in step directly or in a subsequent membrane processing step by heating to a temperature greater than 60° C. The stabilizing reagent contains at least one compound which has at least one aldehyde group and at least one hydroxyl group; or at least one hemiacetal group; or at least one acetal group. These polyazole polymer membranes have a high conductivity and a good mechanical stability and are suitable for applications in fuel cells.
