The method consists of enriching the video information in zeros through shifting and Exclusive ORing video with itself. A number of methods are attempted in the shifting and Exclusive ORing process in order to determine the method which yields the optimum zero enriched image. The zero enriched image is then encoded and the encoded information stored. Upon retrieval, the information is decoded and an Exclusive OR and shifting process is done to obtain the original video information.

    摘要: In one aspect of the invention, a computer-implemented method may include maintaining in a computer system, a plurality of relationships among users in an aggregated data network. A user may receive a plurality of data points, where at least one of the data points, was requested via a relationship inquiry, made using a Health Insurance Portability and accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant security clearance user interface. The computer-implemented method may generate a Global Patient Health Record Timeline (GPHRT), comprising a chronological representation of one or more of the received data points, by utilizing their time stamps to correctly order the data points. The computer-implemented method may include an interactive holographic display system, to render the GPHRT as a holographically produced image. The user may be able to manipulate and navigate the holographic image via gestures and haptic feedback.

    摘要: A flow controller is provided that detects intervals between successive drops and responds to detection of intervals which are too long by shutting down operation of the administration set if the abnormal flow causing the long interval cannot be corrected. In response to detection of abnormal flow which is not clearly a high flow condition and/or an empty container, the flow controller sequentially opens, closes, re-opens and again closes the clamp of the controller in an attempt to restore normal flow. If normal flow is restarted before the sequence is completed, the controller returns to normal control of the fluid flow. Otherwise, completion of the sequence results in a shutdown of the system and activation of an alarm. In keeping with the invention, indicia are provided in connection with the drop chambers of the administration sets which are sensed by sensing means mounted to the drop detector of the flow controller in order to indicate to the controller the size of the orifice in the drop chamber. In addition, a plurality of drop sensors are provided which cooperate to provide a reliable drop signal for angles approaching 30 degrees from vertical.

    摘要: Low bulk density alumina consisting essentially of pseudoboehmite can be produced by forming aqueous solutions of sodium aluminate and aluminium sulphate having concentrations within defined ranges, controlling the rate of introduction of the sodium aluminate solution into a body of the aluminium sulphate solution and agitation of the mixture such that a substantial proportion of hydrous alumina precipitates under acidic conditions, controlling the temperature of the mixture, and controlling the length of time of alkaline ageing. The hydrous alumina is then filtered, preferably water washed, and then dried. The low bulk density alumina is useful as a catalyst base, particularly for hydrodesulphurization catalysts.

    摘要: A common engine speed control mechanism for small internal combustion engines, which may be configured to allow for actuation of the speed control mechanism between stop, idle, and various engine running speed positions by actuation of one of a selected plurality of speed control levers. Each of the plurality of speed control levers is oriented so that it is movable in a direction which is substantially non-parallel to the direction of movement of the other speed control levers. In one embodiment, the actuation of the common speed control mechanism can be accomplished by movement of a first speed control lever in a substantially horizontal, side-to-side direction or by movement of a second speed control lever in a substantially vertical, up-and-down direction.
