摘要： Handling a packet according to a gateway rule in a network gateway device ensures security. Centrally controlling the gateway rule in an administration center eliminates the need for individual user's consciousness of operation such as a firewall, which makes a network gateway system easy to use. Also, under certain conditions, the packet is handled according to a gateway rule in the network gateway device to reduce a network load. The administration center that holds and creates a gateway rule is provided. The network gateway device holds the gateway rule. When receiving a packet, if a gateway rule corresponding to the packet exists, the received packet is handled according to the gateway rule. If no gateway rule corresponding to the packet exists, the packet is transferred to the administration center, and then the corresponding gateway rule is received from the administration center so that update is performed.

摘要： There is provided a process for preparing a composite material of an oxide crystal film and a substrate by forming a Y123 type oxide crystal film from a solution phase on a substrate using a liquid phase method, wherein problems such as cracking of the oxide crystal film, separation of the oxide crystal film from the substrate, and development of a reaction layer between the substrate and the solution can be minimized. The solvent for forming the solution phase uses either a BaO—CuO—BaF2 system or a BaO—CuO—Ag—BaF2 system, and when the substrate with a seed crystal film bonded to the surface is brought in contact with the solution to form (grow) the oxide crystal film on the substrate, the temperature of the solution is controlled to a temperature of no more than 850° C.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a conveyance path configured to guide a recording sheet conveyed from a sheet placement portion, passing through a sheet feeder unit, a nip portion between a photoconductor and transfer member, a fixing device, and a sheet ejection unit in this order; and a re-conveyance path configured to guide the sheet conveyed from the fixing device to an upstream-side path which constitutes part of the conveyance path extending upstream from the photoconductor. The re-conveyance path branches off from the conveyance path at a position downstream from the fixing device and extends to pass through a space between the photoconductor and the exposure device. The re-conveyance path includes a switchback mechanism configured to reverse a traveling direction of a sheet conveyed along the re-conveyance path after passing through the space between the photoconductor and the exposure device and to convey the sheet toward the upstream-side path.

Meanwhile, another projecting portion which projects in the longitudinal direction of the face is provided at the other end. The projecting portions may have projecting lengths different from each other or may have projecting lengths and projecting thicknesses different from each other. A charging apparatus into which the battery is to be installed includes an accommodating section for the battery which in turn includes projection accommodating portions configured to individually accommodate the projecting portions.

摘要： In a battery loading and unloading mechanism, a battery formed in a flat rectangular parallelepiped and having an almost square main surface is loaded and unloaded to and from a device. The battery is formed with projecting portions at longitudinal both ends of a back surface thereof and along the back surface, whereby the battery can be prevented from being erroneously inserted into the device. The projecting portion has an inclined surface acutely inclined with respect to the back surface, and when the battery is unloaded from the device, unloading of the battery from the device is accelerated by the inclined surface undergoing contact pressure of the retaining means. The device is formed with a notched portion which is adapted to expose the other projecting portion of the battery when the battery is loaded, thereby facilitating unloading of the battery.
