Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first communication circuit, a second communication circuit, and at least one processor. The first communication circuit is configured to receive, in a first band, a first reflective signal reflected by an object, and obtain, based on the received first reflective signal, a first channel impulse response corresponding to the first reflective signal. The second communication circuit is configured to receive, in a second band, a second reflective signal reflected by the object, obtain, based on the received second reflective signal, a second channel impulse response corresponding to the second reflective signal, and obtain a third channel impulse response based on a first calculation using the second channel impulse response, a first central frequency of the first band and a second central frequency of the second band.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include a communication circuit operably coupled with an external electronic device and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor may be configured to determine one or more target-wake-time (TWT) parameters of at least one TWT service period based on at least one of the amount of data transmitted to the external electronic device, an amount of data received from the external electronic device, or a bandwidth, wherein at least one data frame is transmitted or received between the electronic device and the external electronic device during the at least one TWT service period; identify quality of service (QoS) for the at least one data frame transmitted or received during the at least one TWT service period; change at least one TWT parameter among the one or more TWT parameters based on the identified QoS; and control the communication circuit to transmit or receive at least one next data frame during the a next TWT service period based on the changed at least one TWT parameter.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device and a geofence management method thereof, the electronic device comprising: a wireless communication circuit for providing wireless communication by means of a low power wide area network (LPWAN); a location measuring circuit for detecting the location of the electronic device; a processor electrically connected to the wireless communication circuit and the location measuring circuit; and a memory electrically connected to the processor, wherein the memory may store instructions enabling, during execution, the processor to receive information on a plurality of geofences from an external server via the wireless communication circuit, determine whether the detected location is within two or more geofences, select one of the two or more geofences on the basis of at least a portion of the information, and transmit a message including the location and the selected geofence to the external server via the wireless communication circuit. Other various embodiments are possible.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device for setting up a network of an external device by using a voice input and a method for operating the same. An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a network interface; a wireless communication circuit configured to provide at least one wireless network; a processor operatively connected to the network interface and to the wireless communication circuit; and a memory operatively connected to the processor. The memory is configured to store a selected SSID and at least one piece of user account information. The memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to receive the selected SSID from a first external device comprising a speaker and a microphone through the wireless communication circuit; to receive first device information of the first external device from the first external device through the wireless communication circuit; to connect the first external device to the wireless network at least temporarily; to transmit the first device information and the user account information to an external server through the network interface; to receive first data including information regarding a setup utterance related to the user account information from the external server through the network interface; and to transmit at least a part of the first data to the first external device through the wireless communication circuit. Various other embodiments are also possible.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to control a service set in a wireless communication system. The wireless communication system comprises: a first access point (AP) comprising a first wireless fidelity (WiFi) communication circuit for providing a first basic service set (BSS); and a second AP comprising a second WiFi communication circuit for providing a second BSS. The first WiFi communication circuit wirelessly receives, from a first mobile station, a first connection request including information on a wireless LAN standard of the first mobile station, wirelessly provides a second mobile station with at least a part of the information, wirelessly receives, from the second mobile station, an approval of a connection of the first mobile station thereto, and after receiving the approval, disconnects a first wireless connection from the first mobile station. The second WiFi communication circuit wirelessly receives an approval from the second mobile station, wirelessly receives a second connection request from the first mobile station, establishes a second wireless connection with the first mobile station on the basis of the approval, and exchanges data with the first mobile station through the second wireless connection. Other embodiments are also possible.

Abstract: The electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a housing structure; a user interface located in the housing structure; a network interface that can be connected by wire or wirelessly; a wireless communication circuit configured to communicate with an external device by using frequencies between 10 GHz and 100 GHz; a processor located in the housing structure and operatively connected to the user interface, the network interface, and the wireless communication circuit; and a memory located in the housing structure and operatively connected to the processor. When the memory is running, the processor may: establish a first communication channel with a first external device by means of the wireless communication circuit; receive authentication information from the first external device by means of the first communication channel; receive data from the first external device by means of the first communication channel, while or after receiving the authentication information; store the received data in the memory at least temporarily; establish a second communication channel with a second external device by means of the network interface, by using the authentication information; and store commands for transmitting the stored data to the second external device by means of the second communication channel. Other embodiments are possible.
