Abstract:
A device and method controlling working state change of a small cell and a base station including the device. The device includes: an information acquiring unit that acquires interference between a small cell to be controlled and an adjacent small cell and/or load of the small cell to be controlled or load distributed by other small cells and to be borne by the small cell to be controlled; and a state change determination unit that determines working state change to be performed by the small cell to be controlled according to the acquired interference and/or load. The working state includes multiple sleep levels from low to high. A sleep degree of the small cell to be controlled in a low sleep level is less than a sleep degree of the small cell to be controlled in a high sleep level, the working state change being performed among multiple sleep levels.

The codebook based channel information feedback method includes: measuring, by a terminal in a communication system, a parameter of a downlink channel between the terminal and a base station of the communication system; selecting a plurality of precoding matrixes from a precoding codebook by using the parameter of the downlink channel, wherein a plurality of the precoding matrixes can be used by both of single-user multi-input multi-output (MIMO) transport mode and multi-user MIMO transport mode, and the precoding codebook is an aggregation of precoding matrixes; and feeding back a first information for indicating a plurality of the precoding matrixes to the base station.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a base station, a wireless communication terminal, a wireless communication system, and a wireless communication method. The base station can be used in coordinated multi-point transmission and comprises: a channel quality obtaining unit for obtaining uplink channel quality between a user equipment and a coordinated base station; a channel quality determination unit for comparing the obtained uplink channel quality with a quality threshold to determine whether the uplink channel quality is good or bad; a feedback control unit for determining, according to a determination result, whether to allow the user equipment to feed back channel state information to the corresponding coordinated base station; and a sending unit for sending information, about how to feed back the channel status information, to the user equipment. When the determination result is that the uplink channel quality is better than channel quality represented by the quality threshold, the feedback control unit determines to allow the user equipment to feed back the channel status information to the corresponding coordinated base station; when the determination result is that the uplink channel quality is poorer than the channel quality represented by the quality threshold, the feedback control unit determines not to allow the user equipment to feed back the channel status information to the corresponding coordinated base station.

The present invention relates to user equipment, an electronic device, a wireless communication method, and a storage medium. According to the present invention, the user equipment comprises a processing circuit, configured to: detect a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) on a first bandwidth part of an unlicensed frequency band in a detection time of a discontinuous reception (DRX) period; and detect the PDCCH on a second bandwidth part of the unlicensed frequency band when the PDCCH is not detected on the first bandwidth part. By using the user equipment, the electronic device, the wireless communication method, and the storage medium in the present invention, a DRX mechanism of the user equipment operating on the unlicensed frequency band can be improved.
Abstract:
A method and device for feeding back downlink channel feedback information, and a method and device for user pairing. The method for feeding back downlink channel feedback information includes: calculating the multi-user channel quality indication error of a user, which error is used to reflect the difference in channel quality indication between the situation of multi-user multiple input multiple output transmission and the situation of single user multiple input multiple output transmission; adding the multi-user channel quality indication error into the downlink channel feedback information which includes a pre-coding matrix indication and a channel quality indication, and feeding the same back to a base station for scheduling. Therefore, the bit error rate of demodulation in the MIMO system can be reduced and the system performance can be improved.
