The pen sensing unit comprises a first pen line extending in a first direction; a pen scan line extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and a pen sensor member connected to the first pen line and the pen scan line and configured to sense input from a pen, wherein the pen sensor member comprises a pen sensor and a pen sensor circuit connected to a first end of the pen sensor, and the pen sensor circuit comprises a first thin film transistor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display panel inspection device. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, an inspection device includes a loading plate on which a display device is disposed, a reflective plate disposed along a first or second direction to face a display panel of the display device, and a light characteristics inspection control unit controlling a light emitting driving of the display panel and detecting light sensing signals through the display panel to inspect light detection characteristics of the display panel. The light characteristics inspection control unit is configured to inspect the light detection characteristics of the display panel by converting the light sensing signals into light sensing data in units of at least one frame and comparing the light sensing data in units of at least one frame with reference frame data.

    Abstract: A display device includes display pixels and light sensing pixels in a display area. A display scan driver is configured to drive the display pixels to emit light. Alight sensing scan driver is configured to drive the light sensing pixels to sense light. A main driving circuit is configured to detect pulse wave signals and measure biometric information using the light sensing signals received through the light sensing pixels. The main driving circuit determines a normal pulse wave signal detection period or an inaccurate pulse wave signal detection period at biometric information measurement start period, changes the pulse wave signals detection conditions at the inaccurate pulse wave signal detection period to re-detect the pulse wave signals, and measures the biometric information with the normal pulse wave signal.

    Abstract: The display device includes: a display panel including pixels emitting light; a pressure sensor sensing a pressure; a photo-sensor sensing light; and a main processor receiving a pressure signal sensed by the pressure sensor and a first pulse wave signal sensed by the photo-sensor. The main processor calculates a first feature point corresponding to a first lowest point, a second feature point corresponding to a highest point, and a third feature point corresponding to a second lowest point in each of cycles of the first pulse wave signal, generates a peak detection signal based on an amplitude corresponding to the second feature point and the pressure signal in a first mode and calculates blood pressure information accordingly, and generates first biometric information by calculating a first ratio between a first section and a second section in a second mode and decides whether it coincides with second biometric information stored.
