Abstract: A display device includes a base substrate including a first sub-pixel area, a second sub-pixel area, and a third sub-pixel area, first to third thin film transistors on the base substrate and including first to third active patterns, respectively, first to third pixel electrodes electrically connected to the first to third thin film transistors, respectively and in the first to third sub-pixel areas, respectively, a blue light emitting layer on the first to third pixel electrodes and configured to emit a blue light, a first color conversion pattern in the first sub-pixel area on the blue light emitting layer, a second color conversion pattern in the second sub-pixel area on the blue light emitting layer, and a red color filter layer between the blue light emitting layer and the first to third active patterns.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a thin film transistor facing a substrate with a buffer layer therebetween and including a semiconductor layer, a channel region, a source region, a drain region, and a gate electrode; a conductive pattern between the substrate and the semiconductor layer and connected to the semiconductor layer, the conductive pattern facing the semiconductor layer with the buffer layer therebetween; a contact hole in the buffer layer and exposing the conductive pattern to outside the buffer layer; and a display element which is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The source region or the drain region extends through the contact hole in the buffer layer, to contact the conductive pattern and connect the semiconductor layer to the conductive pattern.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device may include a display panel, a source driving circuit, and a voltage generator. The display panel may include a pixel circuit including a driving transistor to drive an organic light emitting diode. The driving transistor may have four independent terminals including first and second gate electrodes. The source driving circuit may provide a data voltage to the pixel circuit. The voltage generator may apply an independent bias voltage to the second gate electrode of the driving transistor to control a driving voltage range of the driving transistor.
