    Abstract: An electronic device includes a power line communication circuit configured to perform power line communication with an external device, the power line communication circuit including: a power line switch provided between a regulator output node and a POGO output node; and a pull-up resistance provided between the POGO output node and a power supply voltage; and a processor configured to control the power line communication circuit, wherein the processor is further configured to: based on receiving a start signal instructing an initiation of high-speed communication, turn off the power line switch to block an electrical coupling between the regulator output node and the POGO output node, and perform the high-speed communication with the external device by connecting coupling the POGO output node to the power supply voltage through the pull-up resistance or connecting coupling the POGO output node to a ground voltage, based on according to output data.

    Abstract: An electronic device configured to operate in a plurality of power modes includes a power receiving circuit receiving wireless power from an power transmitting device; and a processor configured to control an operation of the electronic device, wherein the plurality of power modes include a power charging mode in which the wireless power is continuously provided, a power hold mode in which a state where the wireless power is provided and a state where the wireless power is cut off are periodically repeated in a ping period, and a power cutoff mode in which the wireless power is cut off, wherein the power receiving circuit generates a ping flag signal alternates between a high level and a low level with the ping period in the power hold mode, and changes the power mode based on a counting value obtained by counting particular level sections of the ping flag signal.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a transmitter circuit, an inductive element, and a boost converter. The transmitter circuit outputs a current, which has a varying level, based on a supply voltage. The inductive element generates an output signal based on the current, such that wireless communication with an external device is performed. The boost converter boosts a system voltage to output the supply voltage. A voltage level of the supply voltage provided from the boost converter to the transmitter circuit based on the boosted system voltage is maintained to be equal to or higher than a reference level which is higher than a voltage level of the system voltage, regardless of a decrease in the voltage level of the system voltage.
