    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include: a housing including an inner space; a slide structure including a reciprocating slide configured to be slidable from the housing by a predetermined reciprocating distance along a first direction; a flexible display at least partially supported by the slide structure and configured to be received in the inner space to be at least partially invisible from the outside in a slide-in state of the electronic device; and a first friction reducing structure disposed between the housing and the slide structure. The first friction reducing structure may include: a guide slit disposed in the housing in a direction parallel to the first direction and having a predetermined length; a guide protrusion configured to be guided by the guide slit in the slide structure; at least one first magnet disposed on the guide slit; and at least one second magnet disposed on the guide protrusion at a position affected by the magnetic force of the first magnet. The at least one first magnet and the at least one second magnet may be arranged to have identical polarities at least partially facing each other along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

    Abstract: A pixel group of an image sensor includes first through fourth unit pixels in a matrix form of two pixels rows and two pixel columns, and a common floating diffusion region in a semiconductor substrate at a center of the pixel group and shared by the first through fourth unit pixels. Each of the first through fourth unit pixels includes a photoelectric conversion element in the semiconductor substrate, and a pair of vertical transfer gates in the semiconductor substrate and extending in a vertical direction perpendicular to a surface of the semiconductor substrate. The pair of vertical transfer gates transfer photo charges collected by the photoelectric conversion element to the common floating diffusion region. Image quality is enhanced by increasing sensing sensitivity of the unit pixel through the shared structure of the floating diffusion region and the symmetric structure of the vertical transfer gates.

    Abstract: According to certain embodiments, an electronic device comprises a first housing including a first space; a second housing slidably coupled to the first housing to slide in a first direction in a slid-out state and retract in a second direction opposite the first direction in a slid-in state, the second housing and including a second space; a bendable member connected to the first housing and at least partially accommodated in the second space in the slid-in state and having at least a portion configured to form a substantially same plane as a surface of the first housing in the slid-out state; a flexible display including a first portion disposed so as to be visible from an outside of the electronic device in the slid-in state and a second portion extending from the first portion accommodated in the second space; and at least one electronic component disposed in the first space and exposed to the outside of the electronic device through a first hole in the first housing, wherein the first hole is disposed to overlap at least a portion of the second housing in the slid-in state and is exposed to the outside in the slid-out state.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the disclosure disclose a method and apparatus, where an electronic device may include a communication module, a touch display, a memory, and a processor operatively connected to the communication module and the memory, wherein the processor may be configured to display a plurality of objects on the touch display, receive a touch input for the plurality of objects through the touch display while being connected to a wearable display device through the communication module, identify a direction corresponding to the touch input, identify a display angle and display distance of the wearable display device, determine an arrangement position of the plurality of objects included in the electronic device based on at least one of the identified direction, the display angle, or the display distance, and control displaying of the plurality of objects on the wearable display device based on the determination result. Various embodiments are possible.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device include a substrate including a peripheral region, a first active pattern provided on the peripheral region of the substrate, the first active pattern having an upper portion including first semiconductor patterns and second semiconductor patterns which are alternately stacked, a first gate electrode intersecting the first active pattern, a pair of first source/drain patterns provided at both sides of the first gate electrode, respectively, and a first gate insulating layer disposed between the first gate electrode and the first active pattern. The first gate insulating layer includes a first insulating layer formed on the first active pattern, a second insulating layer formed on the first insulating layer, and a high-k dielectric layer formed on the second insulating layer. The first gate insulating layer contains a first dipole element including lanthanum (La), aluminum (Al), or a combination thereof.
