    摘要: A seat according to this invention comprises a seat part and a backrest attached to a rear side of the seat part. The seat part comprises a cushion attached to a pair of side supporting frame members connected with each other. The backrest comprises a cushion attached to an inverse U shaped back frame. Each end of the inverse U shaped back frame is connected to each rear end of the side supporting frame members of the seat part. The inverse U shaped back frame comprises side supporting parts that are positioned in parallel and a top supporting part that connects top ends of the side supporting parts. Lower ends of side supporting parts are connected to rear ends of the side supporting frame members of the seat part via lower attaching parts, respectively. Each lower attaching part has an ear part that projects frontward. Supporting members connect between the side supporting parts and the ear parts of the lower attaching parts, respectively. According to this invention, a rearward tilting of its backrest can be restrained and absorb impact energy when a rear impact acts on the seat.

    摘要: Reflection photomasks add a buffer layer including at least one Group VIII metal between a reflection layer and an absorber pattern that is configured to absorb extreme ultraviolet rays therein. In particular, reflection photomasks include a substrate and a reflection layer having multiple sets of alternating films of first and second materials, on the substrate. A buffer layer including at least one Group VIII metal is provided on the reflection layer opposite the substrate. An absorber pattern including material that is patterned in a pattern and that is configured to absorb extreme ultraviolet rays, is provided on the buffer layer opposite the reflection layer. The at least one Group VIII metal preferably is Ru. At least a portion of the Ru buffer layer may be less than about 3 nm thick. Alternatively, the Group VIII metal can include Pt, Ir and/or Pd.

    摘要: A method of an integrated molding by integrally pressurizing and compressing by use of means of an upper mold and a lower mold, by use of a silicone rubber. A silicone rubber has excellent resiliency, thermal resistance, separating ability from the molds and the like. By use of a silicone rubber, a working efficiency for carrying out the integrated molding can be improved and a compressing timing can be easily taken. A method according to the invention comprises steps of: uniformly coating a mixture of a foamed urethane body on a silicone rubber horizontally held; and integrally pressurizing and compressing for a certain period by an upper mold and a lower mold. The step of uniformly coating the mixture is carried out by using a spraying technique. The silicone rubber can be attached on an inner surface of the lower mold by use of means of vacuum suction. By use of a silicone rubber: a working efficiency can be improved; a running cost can be reduced; a pressurizing timing is easily taken; and a deeply pressed shape can be molded.
