摘要: A beam member is fixed to a side member of a vehicle body. The side member is provided with a nut member and a reinforcing member. A bolt is inserted into the nut member from under the side member. The reinforcing member includes first and second plate portions. The first plate portion includes a pair of flanges that are bent individually at bent portions. The respective positions of the bent portions are adjusted depending on a distance between sidewalls of the side member. The flanges are welded to the sidewalls. The second plate portion includes a base portion welded to the lower end of the nut member and an upright portion extending along the nut member.

摘要: A battery tray is fixed onto a front battery cross member lower and a rear battery cross member lower. The battery pack is mounted on the battery tray. The front battery cross member lower and the rear battery cross member lower come into contact with a deformable zone of the battery tray and the end face of each of battery cross member uppers at attachment portions. Space is created between the battery pack and the battery cross member uppers. The battery cross member uppers are welded so that a deformable zone having relatively low rigidity is formed. In this way, the front battery cross member lower and the rear battery cross member lower are fixed to a pair of side members through the battery cross member uppers.

摘要: A battery case for a vehicle includes a tray member of resin, configured to hold batteries and having a plurality of projections formed on a bottom thereof, and a tray reinforcing member arranged so as to face the outer surface of the tray member and having at least one reinforcing member constituted by a metal plate, the reinforcing member being arranged on one side of the tray reinforcing member facing the tray member and raised from the one side of the tray reinforcing member. A recess is formed at least in the outer surface of one of the projections so as to correspond in position to the reinforcing member, and the reinforcing member is received in the recess.

The bypass structure includes a bypass exit opening formed at one end of a second direction traversing a first direction at a first end of the battery case, the first direction being oriented from the first end to a second end at which an outlet is formed, a bypass entrance opening formed in a central part of the battery case along the first direction and in a central part along the second direction, a bypass duct by which the bypass exit opening communicates with the bypass entrance opening, and a flow path which guides a cooling gas downstream of the bypass entrance opening to both sides of the second direction.

摘要: A battery casing for receiving a battery for driving an electric vehicle, including: a tray member made from a resin and supporting the battery; a support member provided under a lower face of the tray member and supporting the tray member from a bottom thereof; a standing wall provided so as to stand in the tray member; and a sheet metal tray member made from a sheet metal and placed on the tray member. The sheet metal tray member includes a plurality of sheet metal recesses that receive the battery and a sheet metal flange placed on an upper face of the standing wall. The standing wall includes a through hole formed through the standing wall in a standing direction of the standing wall. The support member and the sheet metal flange are fastened to the tray member by a sheet metal fastening member provided through the through hole.
