摘要: Systems and methods for managing and utilizing heat associated with battery charge and/or discharge cycles are described herein. A system as described herein includes a battery array comprising one or more batteries, a heat collector physically coupled to respective batteries of the battery array that captures heat associated with at least one of charge cycles or discharge cycles of the respective batteries of the battery array, and a routing controller communicatively coupled to the heat collector that initiates transference of the heat captured by the heat collector as an energy source to one or more subsystems that are distinct from the heat collector.

摘要: Techniques that facilitate drone delivery and landing, particularly with respect to home and commercial package delivery, are provided. In one example, a computer-implemented method comprises: detecting, by a system comprising a processor, presence of a drone device within a defined vicinity of a protected area, wherein the protected area is accessible via an opening that is blocked by a physical barrier. The method further comprises controlling, by the system, access by the drone device to the protected area to drop off or pick up a package by controlling removal of the physical barrier based in part on detection of the drone device within the defined vicinity of the protected area.

摘要: Facilitating structure automation functionality by automatically modifying a condition of an environment based on implementing a parameter adjustment at a remote device within the structure is provided herein. A method can comprise facilitating a communication link between a controller device, a first auxiliary device, and a second auxiliary device. Facilitating the communication link comprises defining a communication standard that controls a communication between the first auxiliary device and the second auxiliary device. The method can also comprise implementing a first change at the first auxiliary device based on a first determination that a first condition within an environment of the first auxiliary device is to be changed. Further, the method can comprise implementing a second change at the second auxiliary device based on a second determination that a second condition within the environment of the second auxiliary device is to be changed.

摘要: Facilitating single node network connectivity for structure automation functionality is provided herein. A system can comprise a memory that stores executable components and a processor, operatively coupled to the memory, that executes the executable components. The executable components can comprise a management component that facilitates a communication with electronic devices within a structure and an initialization component that enables a streamlined security process based on an indication that the at least one electronic device is to be registered with the management component. Further, the executable components can comprise a negotiation component that performs a certificate authentication for the at least one electronic device. The certificate authentication can be automatically performed with a certificate authority during a backend process.

摘要: At least one shingle is integrated with logic circuitry and various other components which enable high-level functionality and automated system diagnostics. Each shingle can automatically determine its absolute position on a rooftop and/or its position relative to other shingles in the smart shingle system. Each shingle can also detect various changes in its own power generation, efficiency, and/or operating conditions, as well as those of neighboring shingles. Each shingle can then leverage this information to conduct system diagnostics and possibly to generate and/or execute recommended solutions. In another embodiment, each shingle can be coupled to a centralized controller which can perform the same automapping and diagnostic functions. The controller can also monitor the power usage of the building to help optimize the power generation of the smart shingle system. In some embodiments, the smart shingle system can be outfitted with heating components and/or actuators to help automate the process of keeping the smart shingles clear of debris.
