摘要: A temperature measurement device includes a first member forming a first claw at an end thereof and a second member forming a second claw at an end thereof. The second claw faces the first claw, and can move towards and away from the first claw. A spring is provided between the first member and the second member for generating force to move the second claw towards the first claw. A pair of thermal coupling wires is fixed on one of the first and second claws facing the other of the first and second claws. Thus an object needed to be measured can be arranged between the first and second claws and snugly engage the thermal coupling wires by the elastic force of the deformed spring.

Each of the solar collectors has a bottom plate (124), a heat-absorbing unit (123) mounted on the bottom plate, and a transparent panel (121) positioned on the heat-absorbing unit. The heat-absorbing unit divides an inner space of the solar collector into an upper heat-storage cavity (125) and a lower heat-absorbing cavity (125). The inlet and outlet assemblies seal two ends of the upper heat-storage cavity and communicate with two ends of the lower heat-absorbing cavity.

The movable portion is movable relative to the immovable portion. A concavo-convex cooperating structure is defined in the immovable portion and the movable portion to ensure the receiving structure being capable of receiving the heat pipe precisely. Temperature sensors are attached in the immovable portion and the movable portion for detecting temperature of the heat pipe.

A movable portion is capable of moving relative to the immovable portion. A receiving structure is located between the immovable portion and the movable portion for receiving the heat pipe therein. At least a temperature sensor is attached to at least one of the immovable portion and the movable portion for thermally contacting the heat pipe in the receiving structure for detecting temperature of the heat pipe. An enclosure encloses the immovable portion and the movable portions and has sidewalls thereof slidably contacting at least one of the immovable portion and the movable portion.

摘要: An integrated liquid cooling system for removing heat from a heat-generating component includes a base (10), a pump (20) mounted in the base, and a heat-dissipating member (30) communicating with the pump and coupling with the base. The pump includes a casing (21) having a chamber (212). A rotor (22), a partition seat (23) and a stator (24) are received in the chamber. A top cover (25) is attached on the casing. The casing includes a bottom plate (214) absorbing heat generated by the electronic component. A plurality of pairs of interconnecting surfaces are formed between the partition seat and the rotor and between the rotor and the bottom plate, one surface of the at least one pair of interconnecting surfaces forming a plurality of grooves (235, 237) or protrusions (234, 2222), thereby forming a fluid film therebetween for dynamically supporting a thrust on the rotor during a rotation of the rotor.

摘要: A heat pipe includes a metal casing (100) filled with a working fluid therein, a capillary wick (200) provided inside of the metal casing and a tube (300) contacting with a surface of the capillary wick. The capillary wick extends in an axial direction of the casing and has a middle portion separated from an inner wall of the metal casing. A vapor passage (700) is formed between an outer wall of the tube and the inner wall of the casing and a liquid channel (800) is defined by the capillary wick. The working fluid in vapor state flows along the vapor passage and the working fluid in liquid flows along the liquid channel. The tube separates the vapor from the liquid at a place where the tube is located.

A vibration source drive the tray to vibrate along a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of each of the pipes when feeding the powder into the pipes from the feeders, whereby the pipes vibrate with substantially the same amplitude in the vibration direction.

摘要: A powder feeding apparatus and a method of manufacturing a heat pipe are disclosed. The method includes: a) proving the powder feeding apparatus including a vibrating tray and a pump (800); b) positioning a tube in the vibrating tray; c) inserting a mandrel (400) into the tube from a first open end of the tube, wherein at least one groove (410) is defined in an end of the mandrel corresponding to a second open end of the tube; d) positioning a feeder (300) on the first end of the tube; e) driving the vibrating tray to vibrate and feeding powder into the tube from the feeder whilst the pump is operating to generate a forced airflow flowing from the first to the second open end of the tube. By using this method, bridging of the powder is prevented.

The printed circuit board controls a power supply through the lamp holders and at least one of the connection units to the lighting assembly.
