摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus (10) for simulation of heat generation of a heat-generating electronic component. The apparatus includes a heat-transfer simulation device (110), a base (120) and at least one supporting post (150). The base is made of a heat-insulation material, and defines therein a recess (122). The heat-transfer simulation device is used for simulating heat generation from a heat-generating electronic component. The supporting post supportively mounts the heat-transfer simulation device within the recess defined in the base. A method of evaluating heat removal capacity of a heat dissipation device is also disclosed based on this apparatus.

摘要: A light emitting diode lamp includes a lamp base, a number of illumination modules located on the lamp base, and at least one wire housing located on the lamp base. Each illumination module includes a module frame and a number of illumination units on the module frame. The illumination units are apart from each other. Each illumination unit includes a hollow heat dissipating assembly, at least one lighting assembly contacting the hollow heat dissipating assembly, at least one printed circuit board, and two connection units connected to two opposite terminals of the hollow heat dissipating assembly. At least one of the two connection units includes a power cord. The wire housing includes a number of first connecting terminals electrically connected to the power cords of the illumination units.

摘要: An LED lamp includes a housing and a light source located outside the housing. An electric module is received in the housing. The housing defines a receiving recess in an outer surface thereof. The light source is connected to the electric module electrically. The light source is pivotally mounted to the housing and pivotable between a rest state and a working state to adjust an illumination angle of the light source. When the light source is located at the rest state, the light source is received in the receiving recess. When the light source is located at the working state, the light source is pivoted up from the receiving recess. The LED lamp can be used for normal illumination, emergency illumination or mobile illumination.

摘要: An LED lamp includes a heat dissipation part, an optical part and an electric part. The optical part includes an LED module attached to a heat dissipation member of the heat dissipation part and an envelope covering the LED module. The electric part includes a casing, a circuit board and a lamp cap. The casing includes a bottom plate and an annular sidewall extending from a periphery of the bottom plate to connect with the heat dissipation part and the optical part. The lamp cap includes an electric shell and an electric pole axially inserted in the electric shell. The lamp cap is rotatablely connected to the casing via the electric pole. The electric pole is fixedly connected to and electrically insulated from the electric shell. An orientation-adjusting structure is provided between the casing and the lamp cap for adjusting the illumination direction of the LED lamp.

摘要: An LED lamp includes a hollow lamp housing, a front optical part, a rear electrical part provided with a circuit board, and a middle heat dissipation part. The heat dissipation part includes a heat sink, and a mounting seat located in front of and thermally connected to the heat sink. The lamp housing defines a plurality of air exchanging holes therein. The mounting seat is in the form of a polyhedron, and has a polyhedral rear end surface and a plurality of heat absorbing surface. The optical part includes a plurality of light sources respectively arranged on the heat absorbing surfaces, a light reflector located between the heat sink and the light sources, and an optical lens located in front of the light reflector. The heat absorbing surfaces extend forwardly from a peripheral edge of the rear end surface towards the optical lens and facing the optical lens.

The light-emitting module includes a light source having a plurality of LEDs, and a light penetrable cover located below the light source and defining a plurality of air venting holes therein. The heat sink includes an elongated base defining a plurality of air exchanging holes therein and a plurality of fins. The base has an outer convex surface and an opposite inner concave surface defining an elongated recess. The light source is received in the recess and thermally attached to the concave surface. Air flows into and out of a chamber defined between the base and the cover via the venting holes of the cover and the air exchanging holes of the base.

摘要: An LED illuminating device includes an optical section, an electrical section, and a heat dissipation section provided with a heat dissipation device. The heat dissipation device includes a hollow metal tube, a bottom cover plate and a top cover plate respectively sealing a bottom and a top of the metal tube, and a tubular member received in the metal tube and axially defining a vapor passage channel therethrough. A condensate passage channel is defined between the metal tube and the tubular member. An evaporating chamber is defined between the bottom of the tubular member and the bottom cover plate. A condensing chamber is defined between a top of the tubular member and the top cover plate. First and second porous wicks are in the metal tube and attached to the bottom cover plate and the condensate passage channel respectively. A working fluid is saturated in the first porous wick.

摘要: An LED lamp includes a light-emitting module, an electrical module and an elongated heat dissipating member. The light-emitting module includes a light source provided with a plurality of LEDs. The electrical module includes a circuit board electrically connected with the LEDs of the light source and two end caps each forming a pair of electrical pins at an outer end thereof. The heat dissipating member is arranged between and connecting with the two end caps, the heat dissipating member is a hollow metal tube and includes a mounting portion and a heat dissipating plate extending from the mounting portion. The mounting portion and the heat dissipating plate cooperatively define an elongate chamber. The circuit board is accommodated in the chamber of the heat dissipating member. The light source is thermally attached to an outer surface of the mounting portion.

摘要: An LED illumination device includes an optical section disposed at a bottom end of the LED illumination device, and in which a light source is provided. A heat dissipation section located adjacent to the optical section includes a plurality of fins thermally contacting the light source. The electrical section is disposed at a top end of the LED illumination device and electrically connects with the light source. The heat dissipation section is disposed between the optical section and the electrical section. The electrical section defines a plurality of air exchanges communicating the inside of the electrical section with the heat dissipation section and a plurality of exhaust ports communicating the inside of the electrical section with an external environment of the LED illumination device.

摘要: A temperature measurement device includes a first member forming a first claw at an end thereof and a second member forming a second claw at an end thereof. The second claw faces the first claw, and can move towards and away from the first claw. A spring is provided between the first member and the second member for generating force to move the second claw towards the first claw. A pair of thermal coupling wires is fixed on one of the first and second claws facing the other of the first and second claws. Thus an object needed to be measured can be arranged between the first and second claws and snugly engage the thermal coupling wires by the elastic force of the deformed spring.
