    Abstract: A driving support apparatus for an own vehicle includes a lane keeping assist control unit. When an interrupting vehicle enters ahead of the own vehicle in (i) a situation in which no preceding vehicle is present ahead of the own vehicle, or (ii) a situation in which a preceding vehicle is present ahead of the own vehicle, while a deviation angle formed between a direction of a traveling trajectory of the interrupting vehicle and a traveling direction of the own vehicle is larger than a threshold, the lane keeping assist control unit is configured not to perform a lane keeping assist control based on the traveling trajectory of the interrupting vehicle, and is configured to discard the traveling trajectory of the interrupting vehicle. On and after the deviation angle becomes equal to or smaller than the threshold, the lane keeping assist control unit is configured to perform the lane keeping assist control based on the traveling trajectory of the interrupting vehicle.

    Abstract: A driving support apparatus for a vehicle includes a lane keeping assist control unit configured to perform a lane keeping assist control, and a lane change assist control unit configured to perform a lane change assist control. When a reliability with respect to a recognition result of lane lines is a predetermined level, the lane keeping assist control unit lowers a responsiveness of the lane keeping assist control, compared with the responsiveness of the lane keeping assist control when the reliability is a level higher than the predetermined level. When the reliability is a level lower than the predetermined level, the lane change assist control unit lowers a responsiveness of the lane change assist control, compared with the responsiveness of the lane change assist control when the reliability is the predetermined level.

    Abstract: The vehicle control program is executed in a VCIB connected between DS and VP that performs autonomous driving in accordance with a command from DS. VCIB includes a memory in which a program including a predetermined API defined for each signal is stored, and a processor that controls VP in response to an instruction from DS by executing the program. VCIB has a manual/automatic mode. VP can accept a manual driving operation in the manual mode, and can accept a command from DS in the automated mode. The vehicle control program causes the processor to execute a step of executing a process for starting the limp-home travel by ICM that differs from VCIB on the condition that communication between DS and VCIB is impossible, and a step of switching from the automated mode to the manual mode on the condition that the limp-home travel by ICM is started.

    Abstract: A driving support ECU performs a following-travel steering control. The driving support ECU selects an other vehicle which is present on a traveling course of the own vehicle as a target candidate vehicle. When a specific condition is satisfied, the driving support ECU determines a preceding vehicle traveling on a traveling trajectory which has been generated up to a present time point as a following-travel steering target vehicle. When the specific condition is not satisfied, the driving support ECU determines the target candidate vehicle which has been selected in the present calculation timing as the following-travel steering target vehicle.
