Abstract: A method for setting a roll gap of sinusoidal corrugated rolling for a metal composite plate includes steps of: determining entrance thicknesses, exit thicknesses, a width, and a rolling temperature of a difficult-to-deform metal slab and an easy-to-deform metal slab; detecting a roll speed and an entrance speed of a metal composite slab, obtaining a roll radius and friction factors; determining parameters of a sinusoidal corrugating roll and a quantity of complete sinusoidal corrugations on the sinusoidal corrugating roll; then calculating a time required for a complete corrugated rolling; calculating a rolling force at any time during the sinusoidal corrugated rolling of the metal composite plate; and calculating the roll gap S of the corrugated rolling at any time according to the rolling force F, and configuring a rolling mill to have the roll gap S according to an actual rolling schedule before normal production.

Abstract: A single-side tower-type roller system based asynchronous rolling mill for rolling an ultra-thin composite strip and a hydraulic system therefor are provided. The mill includes a machine frame and reel assemblies. An upper roller system assembly and a lower roller system assembly are arranged in the machine frame. A down-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the upper roller system assembly and the lower roller system assembly. A support roller balance assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to support and balance the upper roller system assembly. The lower roller system assembly includes right and left working rollers. The right working roller is a plain roller. The left working roller is a patterned roller. A left-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the right and left working rollers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a method and device for constructing a multi-dimensional coupled vibration identification model for a roll system of a strip mill, the method comprising: performing preprocessing, signal decomposition, and reconstruction of the multi-dimensional data for the roll system of the strip mill monitored through technical monitoring by multiple sensors during a working process of the strip mill, and performing feature extraction of the reconstructed data using a wavelet packet energy approach; obtaining an initial multi-dimensional coupled vibration feature local identification model for the roll system of the strip mill based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) by using a Gaussian radial basis function as a kernel function of the SVM model; and training the initial multi-dimensional coupled vibration feature local identification model for the roll system of the strip mill using a multi-source heterogeneous information fusion approach based on the feature vector to obtain the multi-dimensional coupled feature identification model for the roll system of the strip mill.

Abstract: A vibration suppression method and system of a rolling mill roller assembly based on a vibration damping device are provided. The vibration suppression method includes: obtaining a first amplitude-frequency relationship during a vibration process of a rolling mill roller assembly vibration suppression system; based on the first amplitude-frequency relationship, determining two time domain relationships and two second amplitude-frequency relationships by a simulation analysis; based on the two time domain relationships and two second amplitude-frequency relationships, adjusting parameters of the vibration damping device until a vibration displacement of the rolling mill roller assembly vibration suppression system is less than or equal to a vibration displacement threshold. And provides a new solution for the stability control of the rolling mill, and ensures the reliability and stability of the vibration suppression of the rolling mill.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pulse current assisted uncanned rolling method for titanium-TiAl composite plates, including the following specific steps: 1. preparing titanium alloy sheets; 2. preparing TiAl alloy sheets; 3. uncanned lay-up; 4. pulse current assisted hot-rolling; 5. separation and subsequent processing, thus getting the titanium-TiAl composite plates. The composite plates are of good quality on the surface without oxide layer shedding, no cracks at the edges and the ends, with uniform and fine microstructures, good bonding interface and excellent mechanical properties.

The present invention uses a method combining numerical simulation and bond rolling experiment to analyze the effect of the hydrogen pressure and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip after bond rolling on the pore diameter of the micro-channel, and the corresponding relationship between the micro-channel pore diameter and the titanium hydride content, heating temperature, and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip is obtained.

Abstract: A rolling device capable of applying horizontal vibration for metal clad plates includes two symmetrically arranged support frames, an upper roller and a lower roller both of which are provided between the two support frames and parallel to each other, four bearing seats which are fixed with two ends of the upper roller and two ends of the lower roller respectively, and four horizontal vibration apparatuses which are provided outside the four bearing seats respectively for driving the upper roller and the lower roller to horizontally vibrate. Every horizontal vibration apparatus includes an exciting hydraulic cylinder and a damper. One end of the exciting hydraulic cylinder and one end of the damper are fixedly connected with two sides of one of the four bearing seats respectively.
