Abstract: This invention discloses a hoisting sheave shaft, a hoisting sheave and a lubricating device thereof, where the hoisting sheave shaft is provided with a first oil injection channel extending axially; an oil inlet of the first oil injection channel is arranged on an end surface of the hoisting sheave shaft; the hoisting sheave shaft is also radially provided with at least one second oil injection channel; the second oil injection channel intersects with the first oil injection channel; and an oil outlet of the second oil injection channel is arranged on an outer circular surface of the hoisting sheave shaft.

Abstract: An ultrasonic generation device and a concrete forming system are provided. The ultrasonic generation device includes a housing, a rotary vibration member, and a shaft body. The housing is provided with an air inlet. The rotary vibration member is disposed in the housing. The shaft body is relatively fixed to the housing, the rotary vibration member is sleeved on the shaft body, and the rotary vibration member and the shaft body are rotatable relative to each other. The shaft body is provided with a main air passage and a jet hole, a first end of the main air passage is in communication with the air inlet and a second end of the main air passage is in communication with the jet hole, the jet hole is provided in the shaft body at a position corresponding to the rotary vibration member.

Abstract: A braking device for braking a belt of a downward belt conveyor adopting a head drive is provided. The belt includes first and second belt surfaces opposite to each other. The braking device includes a first clamping plate arranged at a side of the first belt surface, and a second clamping plate arranged at a side of the second belt surface. The first and second clamping plates are configured to move toward each other to allow the second clamping plate and the first clamping plate respectively abut against the second belt surface and the first belt surface, so as to clamp the belt to achieve the braking. The first and second clamping plates are configured to move away from each other to release the belt.

Abstract: A lifting mechanism includes a lifting beam, a hanging portion suspended below the lifting beam and including a hanging base, a hanging chain, a movable sprocket disposed on the hanging base, a distance adjusting sprocket, and a power mechanism. The distance adjusting sprocket and the power mechanism are arranged side by side and separately on the lifting beam. The power mechanism includes a fixed sprocket and a driving portion. The fixed sprocket is driven by the driving portion to drive the hanging chain to move, so as to lift or lower the hanging portion. An end of the hanging chain is fixed to the lifting beam, and the other end of the hanging chain engages the movable sprocket, the fixed sprocket, and the distance adjusting sprocket, or the other end of the hanging chain engages the movable sprocket, the distance adjusting sprocket, and the fixed sprocket.

Abstract: An experiment device for aiding in measuring abrasion of a conveyer, and a method for detecting abrasion of a conveyer, are provided. The device includes a rack, a reciprocation sliding mechanism, a speed adjusting mechanism and a crankshaft. The reciprocation sliding mechanism can include scrapers and scraper chains, and the scraper chains can be arranged between an upper-layer scraper and a lower-layer scraper. The speed adjusting mechanism can include a motor, a friction driving wheel and a friction driven wheel, and the motor is connected with the friction driving wheel through a motor shaft. The friction driving wheel slides on a shaft in an axial direction, and speed adjustment can be achieved by changing the distance between the centers of the friction driving wheel and the friction driven wheel.

Abstract: There is provided a ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers driven by long shaft, wherein an electric motor and a gearbox are placed outside the air duct by using a long shaft with an internally disposed slim shaft extending therefrom, and are connected with the first stage impeller and second stage impeller inside the air duct by using the long shaft and slim shaft extending therefrom. In this ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers, the components of the ventilation apparatus are placed inside and outside the air duct respectively by using the transmission shaft, which is convenient for maintenance and operation. By remotely arranging the impellers at an axial distance, the hub of the impellers will no longer be affected by an internally disposed electric motor, so as to reduce the ventilation resistance to ventilation. The impellers can be switched between the single impeller rotation and the counter rotation of two impellers.
