    摘要： The positive electrode active material powder of the present invention is a positive electrode active material powder, including primary particles and aggregated particles of primary particles, wherein an average particle diameter of primary particles and aggregated particles of primary particles in the powder is 0.1 μm or more and 3 μm or less on a volume basis, the percentage of [volumetric sum of particles having a particle diameter of 5 μm or more]/[volumetric sum of entire particles] is 10% or less, and a BET specific surface area of the powder is more than 2 m2/g and 7 m2/g or less. When this positive electrode active material powder is used for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, it becomes possible to exhibit a high discharge capacity and also exhibit a high output at a high current rate.

    摘要： A fluorescence detecting device irradiates an object to be measured with a laser beam, receives fluorescence generated from the object and processes a fluorescence signal generated when receiving the fluorescence. The device includes a laser light source section outputting the laser beam for irradiating the object, a light receiving section outputting the fluorescence signal of the fluorescence generated by the irradiated object, a light source control section generates a modulation signal having a frequency in order to time-modulate an intensity of the laser beam, and a processing section that calculates a fluorescence relaxation time of the fluorescence of the object based on the fluorescence signal output from the light receiving section. From the detection values acquired by the device including the phase information on the fluorescence, the intensity of the fluorescence is calculated.

A gap enclosed by the inner peripheral surface of a divided tool holder, a draw bar and O-rings is formed in a state in which the draw bar is inserted into a tool holder in which a plurality of divided tool holders are connected in series. A filler is filled into the gap to fix a support bush to the divided tool holder. An adjustment screw of each arm held circumferentially away from each other on the divided tool holder is turned to adjust a distance between a pin and the arm, and the radial projecting amount of each of grindstones is adjusted. The projecting amount is adjusted such that the plurality of grindstones rotate along the same rotational trajectory and the center of the rotational trajectory corresponds to the axis of the draw bar.
