    摘要: With respect to a housing device having a plurality of slots in which plug-in units are mountable, division plates corresponding to the positions of the openings of the slots are put in the inside of a baffle section for changing the direction of the flow of cooling air released from the slots, and the division plates are used to divide the inside space of the baffle section into a plurality of regions corresponding to the slots, thereby reducing mutual interference of the cooling air from the slots in the baffle section and preventing a further increase in differences in the amount of passing air among the slots. Thereby, even if any difference occurs in the amount of passing air among the slots due to a structural factor, it is possible to reduce the deterioration of the cooling capacity of a slot through which relatively less amount of air passes.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a cabinet capable of containing various devices and securely attaching/detaching an additional device thereto/therefrom, and to provide an additional device. In order to achieve the object, a cabinet according to the present invention includes: a conductive cylinder having an aperture into which the additional device is fitted by insertion and containing an electronic device, the aperture having a folded edge, the additional device operating in parallel with the electronic device; and a reinforcing member supported with a portion of an inner wall of the cylinder and disposed on a boundary between two areas inside the cylinder where the electronic device and the additional device are disposed respectively, the portion of the inner wall being more inside than the folded portion of the aperture.

    摘要: A monochromatic-light reproduction type hologram having a hologram recorded area provided with interference fringes that form a hologram image, the hologram image being reproducible by irradiating the hologram recorded area with monochromatic light at a given angle. A plurality of hologram images different from each other in the directionality of interference fringes are multiple-recorded in the hologram recorded area. Alternatively, the hologram recorded area is divided into a plurality of regions so that a plurality of hologram images different from each other in the directionality of interference fringes are separately recorded in the divided regions. The recorded area is successively or simultaneously irradiated with monochromatic light rays at given angles corresponding to the directionality of interference fringes of the respective hologram images, to reproduce the hologram images as a plurality of information patterns or a single information pattern. The reproduced information pattern(s) can be utilized as identity information for judgment on whether or not an article is genuine, and also no more than a dead copy of part of the hologram image that constitutes a single information pattern can be produced even if laser light is made incident on the hologram recorded area from one direction, so that its forgery can be prevented.

The sample is contained in the sample transfer container, which is kept air-permeable by a dust filtering filter, in a cleaned atmosphere before the sample is transferred to the treating chamber. The sample transfer container is transferred into the preparatory chamber, and the inside of the preparatory chamber is evacuated to a vacuum atmosphere. The sample is then extracted from the sample transfer container in the vacuum atmosphere and is transferred into the treating chamber. Also disclosed is an apparatus for supporting the sample transferring method.

    摘要: A method of transferring a sample to and from a treating chamber kept in a vacuum atmosphere through a pressure regulative preparatory chamber.
