    摘要: A fuse box device is provided that includes a fuse box and a fuse unit contained therein. The fuse unit includes an input terminal directly connectable to a battery, several output terminals connectable to a wire harness, and several fuse element portions. One end of the fuse element portions is formed unitarily and in one piece with the input terminal, while the other end of the fuse element portions is formed unitarily and in one piece with the output terminals. The fuse unit is contained in the fuse box such that only the input terminal projects out of the fuse box. In such a construction, the fuse box device requires a reduced number of spare parts, so that production costs can be lowered. Moreover, the fuse box device is better suited to a miniaturization and less susceptible to assembly errors.

    摘要: This invention aims to provide a waterproof casing which can keep its waterproof function under a great change of temperature. In the waterproof casing, a lid (20) which covers an opening in a body (10) is provided with a pipe (24) which intercommunicates an interior and an exterior of the casing. A porous waterproof filter (25) closes a port (24a) in the pipe (24). Air in the body (10) is expanded and contracted under changes in temperature. However, only air can pass through the filter (25) into and out of the body (10) with water being precluded, thereby waterproofing the interior of the casing.

    摘要: A lock arm is integrally formed on an outer surface of a connector housing of an insertable connector through a support leg and is engaged with a lock projection on a relay connector portion. A pair of protective walls are provided respectively on opposite sides of the lock arm and are spaced from the lock arm. The protective walls are disposed at a region corresponding to a gap between the lock arm and the connector housing. The front end portions of these protective walls are interconnected by a bridge portion. With this arrangement, a wire is prevented from being caught in the gap between the lock arm and the connector housing.

    摘要: An electrical junction box for a vehicle has a casing, and an electrical circuit comprising a fuse connection circuit, a relay connection circuit and a connector connection circuit. The casing has, at opposite sides, connector sockets for electrical connectors. In the casing is a connector module comprising a plurality of insulation substrates stacked one on another and parallel elongated bus bars on a first surface of each substrate and parallel flexible conductors on a second surface of the substrate, which extend orthogonally to said bus bars. Each said insulation substrate has apertures through it at which the bus bars and flexible conductors are connected to each other to provide desired circuit connections. The bus bars extend from the insulation substrates and provide tabs projecting into the connector sockets. A thin junction box is obtained.

    摘要: An electrical junction box for a vehicle provides electrical connection to electrical connectors, fuses and relays. Upper and lower case parts of a casing contain a base circuit, a fuse circuit and a relay circuit. The base circuit has first bus bars and insulation layers stacked together. The first bus bars connect to electrical connectors in use. The fuse circuit has a substrate which is discrete from the base circuit, and second bus bars providing connection to fuses in use. The relay circuit has a substrate, which is discrete from said base circuit, and third bus bars providing connection to relays in use. The second bus bars and the third bus bars are joined to the first bus bars by welding. A compact construction which is easily modified is obtained.
