摘要: In accordance with certain embodiments, there is disclosed herein a method for decoding a received message. The method comprises determining one or more non-reserved group IDs associated with a first wireless device. The method additionally includes participating in a communication session based on a first group ID of the one or more non-reserved group IDs associated with the first wireless device. The method further includes receiving a first message from a second wireless device. The first message comprises a second group ID. The second group ID is not among the one or more non-reserved group IDs associated to with the first wireless device. The method also comprises determining the second group ID is a reserved group ID. The method additional comprises decoding the first message based on the second group ID.

摘要: A first terminal device (100A) transmits scheduling assignments to announce its scheduled data transmissions. A second terminal device (100B), after receiving the scheduling assignment, determines the timing information of the scheduled data transmission from the first terminal device (100A). However, the scheduling assignment transmissions from two terminal devices (100A, 100B) may collide, in which case, the terminal devices(100A, 100B) may fail to receive the scheduling assignment from each other and miss the scheduled data transmissions indicated in the scheduling assignments. The present application discloses how to detect collisions between scheduling assignment transmissions from two terminal devices (100A, 0B) that are configured for device-to-device communication.

摘要: A technique relating to resource configuration in a wireless communication network. A terminal device in the wireless communication network receives information about supplemental resource from a source cell. Then the terminal device determines a time interval, in which the supplemental resource is available to the terminal device, in a transition period of a handover from the source cell to a target cell based on a timer associated with a random access procedure in the handover. In this way, the terminal device may use the supplemental resource during the handover.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a method in a first wireless device of relaying data from a second wireless device to a wireless communication network comprises: obtaining data transmission information associated with data to be relayed from the second wireless device to the wireless communication network; requesting resources from the wireless communication network according to the data transmission information before receiving the data to be relayed; receiving an indication of resources from the wireless communication network; receiving the data from the second wireless device; and transmitting the data to the wireless communication network using the indicated resources. In particular embodiments, the data transmission information includes at least one of an amount of data to be relayed from the second wireless device to the wireless communication network and an estimated time for receiving the data from the second wireless device at the first wireless device.
