摘要: A photoelectric conversion device with low resistance loss and high conversion efficiency is provided. The photoelectric conversion device includes a first silicon semiconductor layer and a second silicon semiconductor layer between a pair of electrodes. The first silicon semiconductor layer is provided over one surface of a crystalline silicon substrate having one conductivity type and has a conductivity type opposite to that of the crystalline silicon substrate, and the second silicon semiconductor layer is provided on the other surface of the crystalline silicon substrate and has a conductivity type which is the same as that of the crystalline silicon substrate. Further, the first silicon semiconductor layer and the second silicon semiconductor layer each have a carrier concentration varying in the film thickness direction.

摘要: A class D amplification device that prevents beats caused by switching operations of a switching power supply and a class D amplifier from causing noise within a voice band, enables easy control over power supply operations, and offers low power loss is provided. The amplification device includes a unit that generates a reference clock, a switching power supply that operates at a first frequency at which the frequency of the reference clock is divided, and a triangular wave generation unit that operates at a second frequency higher than the first frequency at which the frequency of the reference clock is divided. The amplification device further includes a class D amplifier that performs a switching operation with a pulse whose width has been modulated according to the input signal.

摘要: An Al—Mg based alloy sheet product in which the crystallographic texture exhibits a ratio of the volume fraction of grains in the S orientation {123} to the volume fraction of grains in the CUBE orientation {100} (S/Cube) being 1 or more, and is comprised of grains with a volume fraction of about 10% or less in the GOSS orientation {110} , wherein the grain size is in a range of about 20 to 100 &mgr;m demonstrates good formability.

摘要: Disclosed is a brushless motor (1A) which is an axial gap type brushless motor (1A) wherein stators (3A, 4A) comprising a coil (41) and a rotor (2) comprising a permanent magnet (23) are arranged with a gap therebetween in the axial direction. The coil (41) is a band-like wire which is spirally wound such that the width direction of the band-like wire generally coincides with the direction of the magnetic flux that is generated by the permanent magnet (23) of the rotor (2). Consequently, the axial gap type brushless motor (1A) having the above-described structure can be further reduced in eddy current loss in comparison to conventional brushless motors.

摘要: Disclosed is a brushless motor (1A) which is an axial gap type brushless motor (1A) wherein stators (3A, 4A) comprising a coil (41) and a rotor (2) comprising a permanent magnet (23) are arranged with a gap therebetween in the axial direction. The coil (41) is a band-like wire which is spirally wound such that the width direction of the band-like wire generally coincides with the direction of the magnetic flux that is generated by the permanent magnet (23) of the rotor (2). 摘要: By careful control of composition and processing, Al—Mg based alloy sheets with preferred grain sizes and crystallographic textures that result in good press formability are disclosed. The Al—Mg alloy preferably contains 2-6 wt % Mg, and at least 0.03 wt % of at least one element selected from Fe, Mn, Cr, Zr, and Cu. The crystallographic texture is comprised of grains with a volume fraction in a range of about 30-50% in the CUBE orientation {100} , and a volume fraction in a range of about 10 to 20% in the BRASS orientation {110} , wherein the grain size is within a range of about 50 to 100 &mgr;m.
