摘要： A communication management system is adapted for a chat system provided in a computer network including a plurality of client workstations and a server computer linked thereto. The communication management system includes a log file recognizing part which recognizes recognizing a log file produced at a predetermined channel of the chat system during a chat session between the plurality of client workstations and the server computer even when the client workstation of concern is not connected to the channel of the chat system. A storage part stores the log file recognized by the log file recognizing part. A log file output part transmits the log file, stored by the storage part, through the computer network to an external communication device provided outside the chat system, when a log file request transmitted by the external communication device is received by the log file output part.

摘要： The invention relates to a thermosetting coating composition for precoated steel sheets which are required to have high hardness, good workability and stain resistance, to a precoated steel sheet having a film of the coating composition, and to a method for producing such precoated steel sheets. The coating composition for precoated steel sheets of the invention consists essentially of a polyol and contains a specific compound and a curing agent composed of polyisocyanate compounds added thereto, in which the curing agent is a mixture composed of a blocked polyisocyanate compound as obtained by blocking one or more polyisocyanate compounds selected from polyisocyanates of the following group (a) and their derivatives, and a blocked polyisocyanate compound as obtained by blocking one or more polyisocyanate compounds selected from polyisocyanates of the following group (b) and their derivatives:(a) 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate, naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate;(b) hexamethylene diisocyanate, trimethylhexamethylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, hydrogenated tolylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate.The coating composition forms a coating film having good workability, high hardness and good stain resistance.

The server and the clients are improved in order to realize addition or reduction in the number of clients. When the client is started, the fact that the client in under operation is recorded in the data base of the server. Since the addition of a client is automatically recorded in the server, the addition is easily facilitated. The server is provided with a client managing device for judging whether or not the client is under operation by polling. If the client is stopped due to a problem or the like, the fact is automatically recorded in the data base of the server. Therefore, it is also easy to eliminate the client from the data base of the server.
