摘要: A system and method for adjusting dipping time in a continuous steel pipe manufacturing line. The system manufactures a steel pipe of which inner and outer faces or any one face thereof is subjected to molten metal-plating from a steel sheet in a continuous manufacturing line, and includes an inner-face plating performing part for molten metal-plating by pouring molten metal to the upper side of the steel sheet corresponding to the inner face of the steel pipe, a steel pipe forming part that obtains a continuous steel pipe by continuously cold-forming the steel sheet subjected to the inner-face plating into a tubular shape and seam-welding a longitudinal end face joint portion of the steel sheet formed in the steel pipe, and an outer-face plating performing part for molten metal-plating by dipping the outer face of the steel pipe into the molten metal, in which a dipping length of the molten metal is adjusted in the inner-face plating performing part and/or the outer-face plating performing part.

摘要: Provided is a teleconference system enabling easy participation in a conference from a place geographically apart, securing active proceeding by individual presenting of statement, and enabling drastic decrease of trouble of creating a result by the conference. Statement information inputted by an input means of a terminal device is received and temporarily held and then the received statement information is transmitted to all the terminal devices participating in a teleconference. The statement information displayed on a display means of the terminal device is sorted by an input means of the terminal device and received as statement attribute data. The received statement attribute data and the statement information are stored in an information database. Then, based on the statement attribute data and the statement information, a commitment related to the teleconference is generated.

摘要: [Problems] To provide a process for producing a thermal sprayed, metal plated steel tube having a metal layer substantially uniform and favorable over the whole surface in a highly productive manner. [Means for solving] A process for producing a metal tube comprising continuously forming a metal plate composed of a first component into a tubular shape and continuously welding its butted ends to form the metal tube, wherein, after the continuous welding, a metal layer composed of a second component which is different from the first component is formed by thermal spraying directly over the surface of the metal tube, the metal layer having no discontinuities in the circumferential and lengthwise directions. Especially it is preferred that the process comprises a process step of making the thickness distribution of the metal layer more uniform after formation of the thermal sprayed metal layer over the external surface.

摘要: One of processors connected effectively to a system is allocated to a master processor and the other remaining processors are allocated to slave processors. Each processor compares the self processor number of a processor number register and the processor number of the other processor of a processor effective register. For example, when the self processor number is smallest as compared with the other processor numbers, it is recognized that the self processor is a master processor. A master initialization diagnosing process after completion of the allocation is monitored by the slave processor. When an abnormality of the master processor is recognized, a degeneration to disconnect the master processor from the system is executed and is again reconstructed by the allocating process of master/slaves. Even when an abnormality occurs in the master processor, the operation in which the system was degenerated can be executed until the minimum construction in which two or more processors normally operate.

摘要: A cellulose ether having a low degree of polymerization is used as a base for film-coating pharmaceuticals. The cellulose ether having a low degree of polymerization obtained by causticizing a pulp having a copper number of not more than 0.4 g, adding an etherifying agent to form a cellulose ether having a high degree of polymerization, then refining it with hot water, drying by heating, finely pulverizing the dried cellulose ether and depolymerizing the fine powder has high whiteness and is thus suitable for use as a base for film-coating pharmaceuticals. The viscosity of a 2% aqueous solution of the cellulose having a low degree of polymerization is preferably not more than 20 cSt at 20.degree. C. The cellulose having a low degree of polymerization is selected from methyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxybutyl methyl cellulose. The cellulose ether having a high degree of polymerization is pulverized within one minute in an impact pulverizer after drying it at a temperature of atmosphere of not more than 100.degree. C. and that of the cellulose ether per se of 40.degree. to 80.degree. C. to control the moisture content thereof to 1 to 5% by weight, and thus a cellulose ether having a low degree of polymerization and high whiteness can be obtained.
