摘要： A cable detector has a plurality of rotatably series connected hooks having an opening mouth for accepting a cable on sea bottom with an equal angular intervals, a contact pressure sensing means for indicating that a cable is engaged with one of said hooks by measuring contact pressure on one of the hooks, and an electrical switch which is actuated by said contact pressure sensing means to provide an electrical signal when a cable is detected.

Supply of power is stopped immediately or after the lapse of a predetermined period of time. In this case, the predetermined period of time can be automatically adjusted by detecting the condition of access to the component.

摘要： The document edition unit includes region set apparatus for setting a size of the region to a size corresponding to the print output, region attribute set apparatus for setting attribute information, region information hold apparatus, and text re-determination apparatus. The text data edition unit includes text input control apparatus. The region information hold apparatus manages the size and position of the region set by the region set apparatus in the size and at the position corresponding to those of at the time of print output, and manages the attributes set by the region attribute set apparatus so as to correspond to them. The text input control apparatus controls the arrangement to the character string at the time of text input by referring to the region information whose position on the page is fixed. When the user makes the operation which changes the input region of the text, the text re-determination apparatus re-determines the arrangement of the texts inside the page in accordance with the region.

摘要： A laser butt welding apparatus including a pair of clamp elements at least one of which is movable reciprocally along the steel strip-feed line direction and which are adapted to clamp the edge portions of preceding and trailing steel strips, a shear which is advanceable and retractable between the pair of the clamp elements in a perpendicular direction to the line and cuts the edge portions of the preceding and trailing steel strips, structure for butting the cut faces of the preceding and trailing steel strips while being clamped by means of the clamp elements, and a laser torch adapted to condense a laser beam from a laser oscillator on an off-line at a weld zone and movable in a width direction of the steel strips to be welded together.
