摘要： A tying wire is puled out from a continuous stock. It is then bent to form a U-shaped fold of an appropriate length. The U-shaped loop of the tying wire is wound around an overlapped portion to be tied of an article or articles. A front end of the U-shaped fold is wound around the other end by a rotatable hook, thus finally twisting both ends. The tying wire is cut at a rear end an appropriate timing. The apparatus for tying is made up of a mechanism for forming a U-shaped loop of the tying wire, a mechanism for guiding the U-shaped loop to wind it around an external surface of a portion to be tied of the article or articles, a mechanism for twisting the closed end and the other end of the U-shaped loop, and a mechanism for cutting the tying wire at an appropriate timing to an appropriate length.

摘要： An automatic controller for use with a motor. A switch interconnects the motor and a power source for selectively establing an electrical connection therebetween. A relay coil is connected to the motor. When the motor is connected to the power source via the switch, the relay coil latches the switch in a steady connecting state. When increased current overdraw of the motor is sensed, a current-limiting thermistor limits or interrupts the current flow across the relay coil, to set the switch to a disconnect state and to cause the motor to stop.

摘要： A gas component detector having a gas component detecting element made of sintered metal oxide for indicating an electrical resistance according to the components of a gas to be detected. A pair of electrodes transmit the electrical resistance indicated by the gas component detecting element and a ceramic tube has through-holes into which said pair of electrodes are inserted. The ceramic tube has a cylindrical ceramic heater which is prepared by having a piece of wet ceramic sheet on which a print pattern is formed with metal paste for forming a heat generator wound on and bonded to the outer wall of the ceramic tube before sintering. The heater is then sintered to be integral with the ceramic tube.
