    摘要: A valve operating device that opens and closes a valve of an internal combustion engine by driving a valve stem in an axial direction includes a rocker cam that rocks in accordance with a rotation of a drive shaft and has a driving cam portion and a lift restricting cam portion; a cam follower that lifts the valve by contacting the driving cam portion slidingly; and a restricting member that prevents the cam follower from separating from the driving cam portion in cooperation with the lift restricting cam portion. A gap is formed between the restricting member and the rocker cam in a state where the cam follower is in contact with the driving cam portion and disappears such that the restricting member and the rocker cam come into contact with each other only when the cam follower separates from the driving cam portion.

    摘要: A variable valve device includes: a drive shaft (1) that rotates in synchronization with a crankshaft of an engine; a drive cam (13) provided on the drive shaft (1); a rocker cam (6) pivotally supported on the drive shaft (1); an engine valve that is driven to open and close by the rocker cam (6); a rocker shaft (7) disposed parallel to the drive shaft (1); a rocker arm (3) pivotally supported on the rocker shaft (7); a first link (4) that links the rocker arm (3) and the drive cam (13); a second link (5) that links the rocker arm (3) and the rocker cam (6); and a rocker shaft position modifying means (27) for modifying an operating angle and a lift of the engine valve by varying a position of the rocker shaft (7) relative to the drive shaft (1), wherein the position of the rocker shaft (7) relative to the drive shaft (1) is modified such that within a predetermined operating angle range of the engine valve, a variation of a maximum lift of the engine valve accompanying control of the operating angle is suppressed in comparison with a case in which the operating angle is modified outside of the predetermined operating angle range.

    摘要: A variable valve system for an internal combustion engine includes a drive shaft, a drive cam provided on the drive shaft, a link arm fitted on the outer periphery of the drive cam such as to rotate relative to the drive cam, a crank-shaped control shaft including a main shaft and an eccentric cam, an oscillating arm rotatably attached to the eccentric cam and oscillated by the link arm, and an oscillating cam connected to the oscillating arm via a link rod so as to actuate a valve. Lubricant is communicated from a main lubricant flow path in the drive shaft through three lubricant paths to sliding contact areas between the drive cam and the link arm, between the pin of the oscillating arm and the link arm, and between the eccentric cam and the oscillating arm.

    摘要: A valvetrain mechanism of an engine, including a drive shaft configured to rotate in synchronization with the engine, a link arm having a large end and a small end, the drive shaft being inserted into and passed through the large end, a valve lift control shaft disposed parallel to the drive shaft and having an eccentric portion, an oscillating arm disposed rotatably at the eccentric portion of the valve lift control shaft and interconnected with the small end of the link arm via a first rotation support point, a link rod interconnected with the oscillating arm via a second rotation support point positioned at a same side as the first rotation support point with respect to the valve lift control shaft, and an oscillating cam interconnected with the link rod via a third rotation support point and operated correspondingly with an operation of the drive shaft to thereby open a valve. A thickness of the small end of the link arm in a direction of the drive shaft is thinner than a thickness of the large end of the link arm in the direction of the drive shaft.
