摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an authenticity indicator that cannot be easily forged, that is clearly distinguishable, and that can be elaborately designed. An authenticity indicator 101 is in the form of a sheet and can be checked for its authenticity by observing the light reflected from it. The authenticity indicator comprises a first reflective layer 12 comprising a reflective area 12a that reflects specified light, and a second reflective layer 15 that reflects specified light. The reflective area of the first reflective layer has a cholesteric liquid crystalline structure. The second reflective layer comprises a volume hologram.

摘要: The invention relates to a holographic viewing device that enables a given pattern to be properly viewed in place of light sources in a scene and is easy to fabricate and assemble with consistent characteristics, and a computer-generated hologram for the same. The invention provides a holographic viewing device in which computer-generated holograms 2 and 3 each constructed as a transmission Fourier transform hologram is fitted in a frame member 1. At least one of phase information and amplitude information recorded in a certain predetermined peripheral site of the computer-generated hologram 2, 3 relative to an input pattern reconstructible from the computer-generated hologram is removed.

摘要: A light-emitting medium having a light-emitting image including first pattern elements formed on a substrate by using a first fluorescent ink containing a first fluorescent material, and second pattern elements formed on the substrate by using a second fluorescent ink containing a second fluorescent material. The first and second pattern elements form a plurality of micro-character rows m, and the first pattern elements form a latent image in the micro-character rows m. The first fluorescent material is made of a fluorescent material which emits light of blue color when UV-A is irradiated, and emits light of red color when UV-C is irradiated. The second fluorescent material is made of a fluorescent material which emits light of blue color or light of a color that is viewed as the same color as the blue color when the UV-A is irradiated, and emits light of green color when the UV-C is irradiated.

摘要: The present invention provides a see-through transmitting-reflecting projection screen excellent in transparency, capable of sharply displaying, on its both sides, identical or different images even under bright environmental light.A transmitting-reflecting projection screen 10 comprises a reflection-type screen 11 and a transmission-type screen 12. The reflection-type screen 11 reflects a specific polarized component of imaging light projected. The reflection-type screen 11 does not reflect a polarized component, different from the specific polarized component, of the imaging light, and this polarized component passes through the reflection-type screen 11 and the transmission-type screen 12.
