摘要: The invention relates to a method of synchronizing clocks of at least two devices in a network and a corresponding wireless device for synchronizing its clock with another wireless device. The method comprises steps of: transmitting a synchronization signal to said at least one second device to determine at least one time offset between a clock of the first device and at least one clock associated with said at least one second device; receiving said at least one time offset from said at least one second device; determining a time interval for the first device based on a time offset parameter corresponding to said at least one time offset, after which time interval the first device transmits a next synchronization signal to said at least one second device. With this method, the radio station is able to reduce its power consumption when the time offset between the first device and the second device is small.

摘要: A method for mapping service data is provided. The method includes: calculating a payload value according to service data to be transmitted; inserting the payload value into a payload value region of a corresponding frame in one group of data frames, in which the payload value is used to indicate an amount of service data carried by corresponding containers in a next group of data frames; and extracting service data of a payload value size carried by a previous group of data frames, and mapping the service data to a payload region after being respectively carried by corresponding containers. Correspondingly, an apparatus for mapping service data, and a method and an apparatus for de-mapping service data are further provided. The invention can be applied to the mapping of service data of various rates, moreover, service data of various types can be mapped by adopting one data structure of data frames.

摘要: A row bar having a plurality of slider forming areas collocated and slider cutting areas formed between two adjacent slider forming areas respectively, the slider forming areas are eventually cut into individual sliders along the slider cutting areas respectively, each slider having a pole tip embedded therein and an air bearing surface pattern on an air bearing surface facing to a disk, and at least a regular measuring pattern with straight line is formed on one of the slider cutting areas, to serve as a frame of reference for measuring the position of the pole tip and the air bearing surface pattern. The present invention can improve the measuring accuracy, decrease the measuring error and, in turn, improve the performance of the slider.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for effecting international online financial transactions between individuals or between individuals and entities such as banks, merchants and other companies. In one embodiment, requests for international currency exchanges are processed in batch form. A currency accumulator may be used to keep track of currency exchange requests, where each currency is assigned a notional “bucket,” which is a symbolic representation of a database entry for the monetary amount which has been requested to be exchanged for a given currency. When the contents of a particular currency's “bucket” reaches a given level, the monetary amount in the bucket may be exchanged for an equivalent amount of a second currency.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for effecting international online financial transactions between individuals or between individuals and entities such as banks, merchants and other companies. In one embodiment, users are able to access one or more fund exchange servers to establish online accounts, which may then be used to transfer funds in a different currency to and from other user online accounts which may be in different countries. In another embodiment, a transfer request from a first user to transfer funds from a first online account to a second online account is processed, where the transfer request is made in a first currency. If accepted, the transfer request may be filled by depositing the requested funds in the second online account in a second currency.

摘要: A method for controlling light-emitting diode (LED) backlight modules applied in an electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first display and a second display. The second display includes at least two display areas. Each display area corresponds to one LED backlight module, and each display area displays option icons of an option type. The method includes: determining the file type of a file currently displayed on the first display and determining which of the option types the determined file type corresponds to; determining which of the at least two LED backlight modules the at least one determine option type corresponds to; and outputting control signals to turn on at least one of the determined LED backlight modules. A related electronic device is also provided.
