    摘要: There is provided a method for producing a resin particle capable of unprecedentedly realizing both excellent heat resistant keeping property and melting property. The present invention is a method for producing a resin particle (X) comprising the step of treating a resin particle (B) containing a resin (A) composed of a crystalline part (a) containing, as an essential constitutional component, a polyester (p1) not containing an aromatic ring or a polyester (p2) containing an aromatic ring, and produced by polycondensation of a polyol component and a polycarboxylic acid component, and a noncrystalline part (b), with liquid or supercritical carbon dioxide (C), and removing (C), wherein a heat of fusion measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the obtained (X) satisfies the following relational formula (1): 0≦H2/H1≦0.9   (1) [in the relational formula (1), H1 represents a measurement value of a heat of fusion (J/g) at the time of the initial temperature elevation measured by DSC; and H2 represents a measurement value of a heat of fusion (J/g) at the time of the second temperature elevation measured by DSC].

    摘要: An apparatus for processing solid organic waste by crushing and/or agitating and fermenting the waste includes a solid organic matter processing device including a processing vessel provided with a crushing unit for receiving and crushing the solid organic waste and a processing unit for agitating and fermenting the crushed waste, a heat exchanger disposed outside the solid organic matter processing device which heat exchanger condenses vapor in a gas supplied from the processing vessel of the solid organic matter processing device to thereby change the vapor to liquid and to discharge the liquid, and gas circulation pipes for providing a gas circulation path through which the inside of the processing vessel of the solid organic matter processing device is operably connected to the heat exchanger and through which a gas in the processing vessel of the solid organic matter processing device is supplied into the heat exchanger and almost all of which gas processed in the heat exchanger is returned to the solid organic matter processing device while a portion of the gas processed in the heat exchanger or a portion of the gas supplied from the processing vessel of the solid organic matter processing device is discharged to the outside of the apparatus.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a high-speed and high-decomposition-ratio solid organic waste processing apparatus which does not scatter around unpleasant odor or a large amount of vapor, which does not need to add saw dust, rice hulls, etc. as a water content adjustment material and which can be installed compactly with excellent space performance even in narrow stores or business facilities in cities, wherein a heat exchanger for condensing vapor in a gas transferred from a processing tank into a liquid is disposed via an interval at a side of a compost discharging side of the processing tank which is difficult to receive thermal influence, a blast fan for blowing outside air to the heat exchanger is arranged at a side of the heat exchanger opposite the side of the processing tank, and a neutralizing apparatus for neutralizing water condensed by the heat exchanger and a deodorizing apparatus for deodorizing a portion of the gas transferred from the processing tank are arranged at a lower side of the heat exchanger.
